Can't believe this weather - brilliant sunshine this morning, heavy rain late morning and how heavy hailstones! It's ridiculous!

Same totally unpredictable weather here too @joedenise . We had one of those huge hailstorms yesterday afternoon. I had my hair done this morning but fortunately had a hood on my jacket to dodge the rain on the way back to the car.

You did well to dry that washing between the showers yesterday @bubbs . I'm still relying on Friday to clear the basket and Saturday to change the bedding. The forecast had better be right for once!!🤞🏼

I'm sure rain is the last of your worries in Majorca @Coxy11😎 . Have a great holiday and it's good to know that, at least, some meals will be SW friendly.

Sorry to hear about your dad @Jellybaby but enjoy your new car, just a shame you'll be under pressure to get used to it PDQ. Well done for taking something to eat with you today. 👍🏼

We're doing fine with our menu despite using things up to clear the fridge. We're out for dinner tomorrow so that'll help.

    Today's plan-
B- toast (fibre), milk (calcium1), scrambled eggs, ham (P)
    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
    D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P,S,F), Parmesan (calcium2)
    Swips- None planned

Sorry @kgw1009 missed your post .

Welcome and good luck with Slimming World. We're converts on here. We know it works and, as it's not a diet, you can eat normal, healthy food and still have treats as it's all built into the plan. 👍

Just ask if there's anything we can help with.

Welcome Kev, good luck with SW. You'll find it such an easy plan to follow and we all know it works as we've all lost or are losing when we stick with it!

My biggest problem is we keep going on holiday now that we've retired so I keep putting on and losing again but struggling to get back into my target range! Off on holiday for a month next week but at least I'll have a bit more control over my food as we're touring France in our motorhome rather than the usual AI holidays!

Forgot to say Have a Great Time @Coxy11 in Majorca.

Not yet but hopefully it'll be ready by Friday. DH has said if they can just change the battery and check the brakes are OK then anything else that needs doing (there's a couple of non-essential things he's asked them to do if they've got time) then they can be done next month when it goes back for service and MOT.
