Thanks @bubbs . We're really looking forward to our holiday and I'm sure we'll have a great time. 😎
Not impressed with the dusted fish. I think I've just got used to enjoying the full flavour of fish just on it's own.
Shame you didn't get a loss @joedenise , probably just one of those weeks when you don't see results straight away. 🤔
I've driven in France, Greece and Italy but mostly just on motorways and small towns. What I wouldn't fancy is trying to get my head around being on the 'wrong' side of the road and coping with lane discipline, road signs and erratic drivers all at the same time in big cities . It's bad enough here sometimes! 🤣

The cod tonight was nice but not like the cod you'd get from the chippie! Even with the batter taken off the cod has more flavour than the frozen fillets we had tonight.
Enjoy your holiday @maman. How long are you going for?

@joedenise where are you off to in your MH? Sounds like maybe France?
we went last October in ours to see my daughter, we’re going back again in September 😊weigh in tomorrow, I’m pretty sure I’ve been on plan but got out of the habit of recording everything!

Your right @Glad. Book Eurotunnel to France. We're probably heading to Normandy and Brittany for a month. We'll be going back again for a month in September but thinking maybe Belgium and Germany (Germany for the wine routes!).
Good luck for WI tomorrow.

Thanks all. Slightly shorter holiday this year, 18 days instead of the usual 3 weeks. It was just the way the flights worked out.
Have a great time in France @joedenise .We've had so many great times in Normandy and Brittany. It's so easy to get to for us we've often gone just for a weekend.

Morning!
We are off to the local market this morning then it’s a poolside afternoon.
Had dinner of lamb shoulder (DH) and chicken tenders with chips for me. We walked 22k steps yesterday including the length of the harbour and back again looking for chicken skewer and salad - remember seeing it but can’t remember which restaurant, hence settling for chips. Hoping the steps countered the chips somewhat. We had salad for lunch in Palma.
Have a good day everyone and safe travels xxCross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2026 founding member 😊 Read 26 books in 2026 15/26 Currently

Morning all, another lovely day. Bedding washed and on the line - think it's already dry but will leave it a bit longer to blow before getting it in.
Plenty of body magic for you @Coxy11 - 22K steps is amazing! If you can't have chips on holiday when can you have them! Having said that I try to avoid chips when I'm away.
Have a great holiday @maman.

Morning all
Have a wonderful holiday @maman and @joedenise
Dad still in hospital and I’m staying with my mother as she’s not coping very well on her own and refuses to stay at mine 🙈 All the running around is catching up with me and I only got up an hour ago, obviously didn’t make class. Clean jeans on this morning and they are loose so think I’ve lost this week, typical though when I’m not at class! Also surprising as my mother is an awful feeder.
I’m just having toast and jam with coffee before heading home to catch up with DS2 before he goes off to watch the football tonight. My plan is to pull chilli or bolognaise from the freezer to take back for dinner at mum’s. I’ve loads of fruit I can snack on if I get hungry.0
