    Hugs @TakeItEazy xxx

Sorry about the gain @bubbs - no reason for it either 🤷🏻‍♀️ That’s pressure to get more members, how will that happen if it’s a new to the area consultant. Not like they will go leafleting…or will they…?

Well done @Glad and @Suffolksue on your losses 🙌🏻

We had pizza last night. It was a recommendation from BFF who came here in September. Basically it’s a 25cm square pizza per person cut into little squares, so a 50cm pizza turned up. DH did the heavy lifting and ate more than half but we were sat inside, right in the doorway as the sun went down. Really hot!! Gin and tonic helped!

A pool day today - possibly salad for lunch or might skip it and just have dinner later. See how we go.

Morning all, another warm and slightly breezy day and the final load of washing done, line dried, folded and put away! Admittedly I was up very early and the washing was out on the line just after 7 o'clock! I was awake from about 3am and then just dozed and gave up about 5 and got up. The arthritis in my thumb was really bad and also the crust splint on my other hand has left me with a lot of pain in the back of the hand - think I'm going to leave it off tonight and see how it is. The only reason for it is to try and reduce the number of times a day I get pins and needles and/or numbness in my fingers. Have put the splint in the motorhome to take just in case I decide I need to use it again overnight.

Well done on your losses @Glad and @Suffolksue. Not long to target @Glad once you get back from holiday and back on plan. I'm sure you'll soon lose it.

I've managed to find enough stuff to stick to plan today which I really wasn't sure I'd be able to as fridge and freezer being run down!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausage, bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes - P; S; 1
L - burger, onions, gherkins, salad in WM roll - Fibre; S; 0.5
    D - chicken breast, roast potatoes, cabbage, green beans, peas - P; S; F

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - WM roll
    Swips - sausage 1; burger 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Will check back in during the day from time to time and will pop in whilst away but won't post often, if at all!

All my GP wants me to take is co-codomol which just bungs me up so don't take them. Don't want to get into a cycle of painkillers followed by laxatives - it just becomes a vicious cycle.
