Afternoon all π
Happy Easter π°π£π₯
Well done Glad, that is brilliant as you have been away ππ
Thanks Maman, had a jam doughnut last night π€£π€£ being a good girly today.
I am having lamb today, DH does not like lamb so he has pork, i had a little joint in the freezer, but what is left from both, i will bag and freeze and use up that way.
Lunch i had a free plate, with mojo present π our consultant was giving them out in class, all her other groups got them nearly 2 weeks ago and we didn't as she wasn't there last week so my friend bought some for our "group" then she gave us one in group yesterday, but not using hers π€£π€£
I have made some strawberry tarts for pudding, they are 1/4 fibre choice and 1 sv, i will post later.
Here is lunch
Tea, lamb, roasted parsnips and carrots, cauli cheese, 3 sv, yorkies, 1/2 fibre choice, cabbage

Morning all from our caravan in Fort William!
Did a 15 mile stretch of the West Highland Way on Saturday and managed to avoid Storm Dave until the very end when we got soaked to the bone despite very good waterproof clothes. Today is a better day so we are walking part of the Great Glen Way with the adult children. DH and BIL both have injuries (hip and foot) so are going to Eagle Valley and will meet us at Fort Augustus.
Food is very carby and not at all on plan, but itβs quite difficult with a tiny fridge and 4 adults in a caravan!Congrats to your DD @joedenise and belated Happy Birthday to @TakeItEazy x

Morning all, it's a beautiful day today with blue skies and sunshine, completely different to yesterday when it was quite grey and windy!
Lovely to hear from you @Coxy11; well done on walking 15 miles in yesterday's awful weather, glad you missed most of Storm Dave but the rain (or was it snow?) must have been very heavy to have soaked you to the skin even though you were wearing waterproofs!
I agree with you @TakeItEazy - there often isn't any green veg in the cheap deals although if I remember correctly there was cabbage at Christmas.
I've had to replan tonight's dinner as I hadn't planned on having to feed 2 extra yesterday and my gammon joint was only big enough for 4 portions so it all got dished up! DD bought over some shortbread so I ended up having a couple of pieces of that so definitely over swips so far this week and am going to have to keep to about 5 a day max in the hope of not getting a gain this week! I'm going to get enough of a gain the week after and our next holiday is only 4 weeks time (from today!!!) so not much time shift that before the next holiday and another gain!!!!
So today's plan:
B - bacon & mushroom sandwich - Fibre; P; S; 1.5
L - fajita pasta - P; S; F; 3
D - lamb stew (from freezer); mash - P; S; FCalcium - milk
Fibre - bread
Swips - LF spread 1.5; sweet chilli sauce 3Have a good day everyone.

Thanks for the update @Coxy11 . Hopefully you'll be burning off some of those carbs!ππ
There was some green veg in the cheap Easter deals @TakeItEazy. Asda did 5 for Β£1 including broccoli. DD1 also got me 2 x savoy cabbages but not sure where from.
.We had a similar experience with DD2 @joedenise . She was with her then BF for 10 years before getting engaged, then 4 years on we came back from a holiday in the September and they announced they'd decided to get married in the November on her birthday. Fortunately not a busy time for weddings so we managed to find a venue, get dresses made, organise a cake, flowers etc all in a couple of months!
Today, I want to prep the remainder of the parsnips and freeze them. I'll do that when I'm getting dinner ready.
Today's plan-
B- HE fibre toast, HE calcium milk, eggs, bacon (P), baked beans (F)
L- cold meat (P), LO veg and pickles (F,S)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), green stuff, mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
Swips- tbc0
