Afternoon all 😁
TIE, Happy belated birthday. What a nightmare hospitals are at the moment. Although we could not complain this morning, DH had to go for his bloods to make sure his cancer has not reared it's ugly head 🤞 on edge again now for a couple of weeks, i had to got for X ray, my appointment was 8, his was 8.20, we were out really quickly, went asda and lidl shopping and was home by 9.30 🤣 Thanks, about BIL.
Was really nippy this morning but been a beautiful day, 2 loads washing dried and put away. Bedding is in now ready for the morning.
Denise and Beanie hope you both got your deliveries

Pleased to say the delivery arrived just before 1pm so mid the time slot - we'd be given 10.45-2.45. DH has set up the TV and I've ended up logging back in to the various On Demand channels as DH couldn't get the QR codes to work!
The cottage cheese pancakes we had for breakfast were nice but quite high swips as it has flour in them. I only used half the mix so will use the rest of it to have with fruit and yoghurt for pudding tomorrow - won't feel quite so bad using the swips as it'll be the start of a new week!!!

My delivery did arrive today and despite being very well packaged was slightly damaged in transit which I think explains the delay. So I now have three by acres for everyday use. One for the car, one for conservatory as there’s a step down & one for the rest of the house. Not MSE but will make life so much easier for me & that’s a big win in my book.

That's what you want Beanie and easier life, Mum has one outside the back door, small one inside and abigger one with seat for when she goes out.
I said to her last night i keep forgetting to ask did you get your shoes? (The foot clinic had some made to measure as her feet are awfully misshapen with arthritis ) She said they are bloody awful, i go foot clinic next week and she is not going to be happy with me, but they feel too big, there clumsy and i feel like i am going to fall so can't wear them, then she repeated again i know she won't be happy, i said well tough you need to be safe!

Happy belated birthday to Takeit Easy and Joedenise 🎂🎂 virtual cake with no swips 👍
I weighed again and am still the same 2 lb away from the next stone. I think I might need some new scales 🥴
It’s the fact that we’re so close to being able to take Millie Motorhome to France that’s making us think twice about selling her…..but we’ve got some viewings booked when we’re down there next week and that might be the deciding factor Joedenise. One is a 3 bedroom bungalow whereas the rest are 2 bedroom ones. It needs lots doing to it but we’d ideally like the extra room…even if it has a tangerine bathroom suite 😳😂😂 The 2 bedroom ones look tiny. We’ve instructed the estate agent to sell ours today and it all depends on the monies…..what on earth are we doing to ourselves moving to the opposite end of the country 🥴😳

Morning all, it's a bit drizzly and cold today. Needed to do a tip run so popped into Tescos to pick up some more eggs after using half dozen this morning for breakfast and some chicken thighs.
Considering you've been getting out and about @milann you're doing well maintaining. I know you want to lose more but maintaining is far better than gaining. Good luck with getting a good valuation on your current property and you will be able to afford something in the South near your DD and DS. Do hope you can afford to keep your motorhome so that you can enjoy some great times in France which is far more motorhome friendly than the UK!
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs, toast - Fibre, P
L - stuffed peppers, salad - Calcium; S; F
D - goat curry, rice; cottage cheese pancakes, fruit, yoghurt - P; S; F; 5
Swips - cottage cheese pancakes 4.5; maple syrup 0.5
Have a good day everyone.PS - weighed this morning and it was a gain of 0.7lb as expected. Must try harder! (Sounds like all my school reports!)
