Sorry @Jellybaby. My plodding on is not going well! Last night my friends came & we had a fish & chip tea followed by a glass of Prosecco. Oops.
It’s difficult as my world gets smaller I am still keen to see my friends & try to live life a little. This is not an excuse, it’s reality. Also when when my pain levels are high I find healthy eating hard. Life gets in the way @beanielou - we always say SW has to work around our lives not the other way round.
@Coxy11 - the freebies for Lidl are on the app; the Morrisons ones are on the More card (it's available as an app as well but I'm old fasioned and prefer a card!). The daffs should last a while as they are just in bud.
Shame about the gain @Jellybaby - keep plodding. I'm sure it will come off this week.

Morning all, definitely no washing done today it’s been constant rain from 2am. Now blowing a gale too!
My group was exactly the same @bubbs because our usual consultant was away a lot of people Didnt stay and the ones that did were shockingly rude chattering away in little groups. Think that added to my grumpiness 🤣
Anyhoo yesterday was totally on plan and I ended on 13.5 swips. Today, I’m having a roll with Turkey rashers, tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast, no lunch as we’re having an earlyish dinner as DS2 is going out and it’s an oven delight - chicken, roasties, roasted veg 😁

Morning all, it was nice and sunny first thing with a bit of wind so decided to get a machine load of washing done, including the towels and tea towels. Decided not a hot wash to hopefully get them all a bit whiter! By the time I'd finished hanging everything out it had really clouded over but the washing is blowing well so hopefully should dry quite quickly. We're not forecast any rain today so hopefully that's right! None forecast for tomorrow so will change the bed and get the bedding done then. That will get rid of the bulk of the washing until the end of the week at least!
I really don't understand why people bother staying to group if all they're going to do is chat! It's been a bit like that at both groups I attended.
Today's plan:
B - porridge, mixed frozen berries - Fibre; S
L - fajita pasta - P; S; F; 3
D - Fish pie, veg - Calcium; P; S; FFibre - porridge
Calcium - milk; cheese
Swips - sweet chilli sauce 3Have a good day everyone.

Some people just seem to see it as a cheap night out Denise. 🤷♀️

Think you're probably right @beanielou. So not fair on everyone else though.
Have checked in for our holiday! Can't believe by this time in 2 weeks time we'll be in Turkey!

weigh in this morning gave me a STS. Very pleased as we had an impromptu pizza last night.
Back at it today with good choices! Usual yog/fruit for breakfast and a wholemeal sandwich for lunch (ham, egg and tomato) and tea tonight will be jacket spuds with tuna Mayo and HE cheese allowance. Got 2 kiwis than need used up and also some raspberries so pudding will be a fruit salad with some more yogurt and maybe a malteaster bunny with MAFS tonight.
