No rain here but cold! We have also just said the wind is getting up again!

Hope you had a nice time Coxy.

    Food today

BNS and red pepper soup, boiled eggs and watermelon 1/4 calcium with the cheese bites on the soup.

    Chinese for tea 😁

Do people still measure there milk, at group Saturday she brought in 3 cartons with differing amounts in and i don't think 1 person got it right 🤣🤣I know i don't measure mine , the most milk i use is in at the most 4 cups of tea unless i am making something with milk.

Happy Birthday @bubbs .Hope you have had a good day and enjoy your Chinese with Mr Bubbs. 🤗

I measured milk for the first few weeks that I did SW just to give me an idea how much I was using. I like my tea quite strong so always had some left so now I don't bother. Since we can now have extra calcium if we want then there's even less chance of going over as I stay with 2 HEXs most days from habit.

It's been lovely and sunny here for most of the day, had a lovely walk this morning in the autumn colours.

I expect you'll be glad to take a break from JPs @Coxy11 .Hope the NT property was interesting inside.

Good idea to post your menu @milann . I think doing that and/or doing a food diary will help you get back into good habits.

Strange that they didn't send you a new debit card automatically @joedenise . Like you, I rarely use mine as we rarely withdraw cash any more.

I made a batch of pasta sauce this afternoon as realised I'd run out and it's meatballs on the menu tomorrow @Jellybaby .😋

    Today's plan -

B- toast, bacon, eggs and tomatoes (fibre, P, S), milk for drinks (calcium)

    L- Last of Sunday's LOs with pickles (P, S, F)

    D veggie chilli, rice, cottage cheese (P, S, F)

    Swips - none planned

    Happy Birthday @bubbs 🥳🥳🥳

We had a good day - visited Knole Park then went into Sevenoaks. Had lunch at M&S and I had tomato and basil soup with a roll. Made a change from a JP!

Ashford tomorrow for some shopping for the C word!

I don’t measure milk either - have one coffee a day and about 3 cups of strong tea!

    Happy birthday @bubbs 🎉

Well done on the loss @Matron_Midge and you’ve settled into your new home well @milann

Talking of new homes, DS2 has put an offer in on a lovely house close to his work 🤞🤞🤞

Dry but very cold here. Not complaining, preferable to rain and snow.

Breakfast was the usual granola, fruit and yoghurt- 1 swip. Lunch was boiled eggs and avocado. Dinner was gammon steak, grilled fresh pineapple, SW chips, peas, carrots and sweetcorn. I’m not counting swips for the pineapple as it was literally grilled with no fat used, not even the horrible spray stuff 🤣

    I will need to make more meatballs @maman that’s Saturday’s job 😁
