Afternoon all, been MIA this week as I’ve been swanning around London 😁 my friend offered me her flat while she was away with work. Four days of doing whatever I fancied was fab!

Belated happy birthday @TakeItEazy and @joedenise. Hope you have a lovely time away @Coxy11 it’s supposed to be a bit wild this weekend (weather wise 😉).

Happy bungalow hunting @milann that’s my plan whenever I can get DS2 moving to his own place!

I’m not hopeful for WI tomorrow but will plod on as usual. Although, another couple of weeks and I’m off to Tenerife! Dinner is quick and easy spag bol from the freezer.

    Evening all 😁

Denise, next week will be your week!

    Well done Milann.

Jelly, hope you had a lovely time.

Was wet here this morning when we got up, but turned nicer and i got the brushed cotton duvet cover almost dry as it's very windy, but looked like it was going to hammer it down so fetched it in and just put on the airer to finish off as takes ages to dry.

DH does not feel well but don't know why 😏 hopefully he will feel better tomorrow.

    Food today,

    Lunch half fibre

    Tea 1 calcuim

Morning all, a nice bright morning today so a load of washing done and out on the line. Not a lot of breeze but the washing is just moving so hopefully it'll dry.

Hope your DH is feeling better this morning @bubbs.

Good luck for WI @bubbs and @jellybaby.

Not had a good start to the week with swips as opened wine last night but we didn't have the pancakes so not quite as many swips as it could have been! We'll have the pancakes today instead.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 5
    L - chicken fajitas - Fibre; P; S
    D - crispy fish burger, chips; cottage cheese pancakes - Fibre; P; F; 5

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - wrap; roll
    Swips - hash brown 4; sausage 1; pancakes 5

    Have a good day everyone.

Hope your DH is feeling better today @bubbs

Overjoyed to get two off this morning 🎉🎉 how that happened after my days away is a mystery other than last week’s gain might not have been accurate?? I’m taking it and running though!

Off to meet a friend for coffee shortly then back home to hide from Storm Dave. I’m having fish tonight too @joedenise it’s goujons from a M&S pack my friend who hates fish got in a TGTG bag (and continues to get 🤷‍♀️). Still to swip them but I think they’ll be quite high - and might stop me from opening wine 😉🤣

Great loss @Jellybaby; makes up for your disappointment last week.

Can someone let me know how many swips for Golden Breadcrumbs please? Forgot to add them to my plan earlier! Hopefully not too high - if they are I'll just do the haddock fillets in a roll with the chips.

Well done on your loss @Jellybaby. I'm sure that's a delayed loss from last week.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Back from a lovely break in Brussels. I did read along when wifi was available.

Happy belated birthdays to @joedenise and @TakeItEazy .🤗

Sorry to hear about all the problems with hospital appointments etc. I do hope you got some sense out of your school @TakeItEazy . You know that I've thought for a long time that they take advantage of you so hope you, at least, get some PPA time sorted.

Thinking of our Scottish friends and @Coxy11 visiting the Highlands. The weather here is dull but dry so hope Storm Dave isn't too bad for you.

How is your DH today @bubbs ?🤔

I did make some wise choices while I was away but far too much bread and croissants would have been the main culprits along with a yummy portion of chips and mayonnaise plus the bottle or pichet of wine we shared every evening. The healthiest part was the amazing breakfast buffet in our hotel when eggs, cold meats, fresh fruit and yogurt were all available.

Since we've been back I've got the food back on plan but being the weekend I won't get back properly until Monday or Tuesday. DD1 was kind enough to get me plenty of the 4p veg while I was away so today or tomorrow I'll be making up more swede and carrot mash for the freezer and storing away the potatoes.

    Today's plan-

B- eggs on toast, tomatoes, mushrooms (HE fibre, P,S), HE calcium milk
    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D- pork casserole with rice (P,S,F)

    Swips- marinade/cornflour 2.5, weekend wine☺️

Well done @bubbs; seems like you need to have a few extra Swips in order to lose!!! I sometimes think you don't have enough Swips although you do eat plenty!

Thanks for the Swips info. The recipe calls for 30g for 2 fillets so will count 2.5.
