#17 t2rry reporting an additional £300 for March please

This is from RoundUps throughout the month, which I'm maximising until the associated savings account is up to the limit of the high interest rate.

I actually had an additional £500 in side hustle income and underspends but rather than banking this, I've taken the opportunity to book our summer holiday flights with it. Usually I have very poor summer months due to holiday & spending so I'm hoping that spreading this burden eases up those pressure points, especially since we're comfortably ahead of schedule on this challenge right now.

Debt Free I FFEF I Building Savings I 2026 Plan:
    1. 25/26 Pension £3,100/£3,100
    2. Regular Savings £3,690/£6,900
    3. Slush Fund £5,550/£10,000

Tough month with some big annual bills paid but I am pleasantly surprised that I've been able to save this much.

#4 - Reporting £1379.24 for April. All Bills, Extra Emergency Funds; which have yet to be used and long may it continue 😂, & MSE Challenges covered/paid & this is what's left. Make £2026 in 2026 is not included in the total for this savings challenge, it's an extra.

YTD Total: £6,234.25 (over half way of my £12k yearly target - whoop! 🌈🦁🤐)

I'm declaring £1381.56 for March. It's a little early but I won't look again until Mr's pension arrives for April.

    #22 declaring £0 for March 2026.

The war in Iran has played havoc on my investments meaning I just about broke even in terms of total savings this month.

I'm far from destitute and can take the hit like I've done before during COVID and the war in Ukraine.

April should be interesting as I have some chunky interest due.
