No problem @James240 - I've updated the spreadsheet with £0 for Jan and Feb, just as a marker so we know you are there. Only one person has gone complete radio silence on us
Save £12k in 2026 #2 I have banked £2870.61 so far, against a £10k target The 2026 Save £12k in 2026 thread is here
OS Grocery Challenge in 2026 I am sticking with a £3000 annual budget for 2026 - currently £568.34 and most of my March purchasing made
I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the grow your own in 2026 discussion thread

#40 Reporting £463.89 for March please. It's been a dismal month after a £350 dentist bill yesterday, but at least I got to put a wee bit away still this month

I hope it’s not too late to join, I’m aiming to save £1,000 this year.
I didn’t save for January or February but I have opened a digital regular saver with NatWest and set up a standing order for £150 a month. I’ve added my first deposit a couple of days ago and my next deposit is due on 1st April.

Apologies for delay, two week holiday put me behind on some life admin.
#25 reporting for feb, £3796.67. Annual interest payment doing the heavy lifting.

Ok @simsielover3 - I have added you to the spreadsheet and your number in the challenge is 36. You just need to mention your challenge number when you post your monthly updates. Well done for taking the plunge, and welcome to the Challenge. I can see you are new to the forum - it is worth either putting a link to the thread on your screen as a shortcut, or bookmarking (check the little pennant, normally top right of your screen on the thread page), and maybe add us to your signature when you have posted enough to do that)
Well done @Pucky89 - hope you had a fab holiday! Here's the link to the updated spreadsheet.

No 11 £900 for February please.
Sorry for late response, several trips to hospital recently have put me out of sync!
Thanks as always for running the thread.

In addition to what @Suffolk_lass says, I don't know if you're aware yet but I maintain a list of the top regular saver accounts currently on offer on the imaginatively titled The Top Regular Savers Discussion Thread. If you have any queries about regular saver accounts, feel free to post them in that thread.
Also of note with the NatWest (and RBS) regular saver is that money paid into the account using round ups and rewards don't count towards the £150 maximum monthly deposit limit, so you can boost your totals that way if you wanted.
Best of luck with the challenge though.

thank you, I’ll make sure to take a look at that thread too. I’ve started using rounds ups since starting the challenge and even had my rewards paid into my DRS.
