I thought for a second you were going to be working out in your Christmas jumper! 😂Sun_Addict said:Forgot to say, also in the spirit of advent, I’m starting Get Fit With Rick’s advent challenge tomorrow, 24 workouts in 24 days plus I’ll be wearing my Christmas jumpers and earrings to the office the days I’m in. Let’s do this 💪 🤣8 -
Love this, I'll join in. I'm really not a jewlery person. But I will try & do 1 Christmasy thing every day...maybe bake, decorate, wrap presents, watch a gilm, Christmas jigsaw, music etc.

Same here, I'm not really a jewellery person either, but I'm going to do things that make me happy, make the celebrations easier by getting ahead or relax so I'm not exhausted by the end of the month.Makingabobor2 said:Love this, I'll join in. Me too please! I'm not much of a jewellery person but I have a drawer of forgotten toiletries so I will try to use one of these each day and in addition use something from food stores (pumpkins, I'm looking at you). Additional, but not daily things will be selling or donating items (giving us space and others joy) and buying or wrapping gifts before it's the last minute. Might even write a card or two, but I'm not too optimistic about that.
I love SA's reverse advent calendar. Great idea.
I accidentally started today by using a Fenjal spray that's been in the drawer forever, and DH said it smelled lovely. We used a pasta sauce that's been in the store cupboard for a while and finished a jar of sundried tomatoes so I accidentally succeeded there, too.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Hello, Please can I join in, I will try to wear something with sparkle or that I save for best usually. Will be using up beauty products /food buried in the freezer. Love the idea of the reverse advent calendar to donate to a local charity.5

Sat here in a sparkly jumper✨with Xmas socks on and drinking tea from a Xmas mug 😁🎄 Have also dragged a deep pink silk scarf out from the drawer that I haven't worn in ages
Have got my felt Xmas tree ready to take into work for the office and have some mini fairy lights for my monitors. Also arriving at work today is a pack of Xmas window clings for some more jolly cheer 😁
And, obviously, the chocolate advent calendars are out.... 🍫 📆 (as are the Xmas tea towels....)

A non-festive OAT to report - I caulked round the ceiling panel which I'd glued into place a few days ago (and which fell down in February, I think, so definitely a longstanding OAT!)
On the festive front, I have
🎄 done a festive-themed workout ('shake yourself like a snow globe!' 'Pretend you're ice skating!' 😂)
🎄 retrieved our advent calendar book - a lovely little hard book with fold out pages and little tabs for each day
🎄 opened the first ceramic advent drawer to reveal... a pair of purple pom pom earrings 😂
Feeling nicely festive now!8
