    It would be a shame to take it down before living with it for a year just to see.  It could be used for working from home - for yourselves or any neighbour who hasn't the space, proper airbnb even for just a few months a year it can make a significant income, hobby room etc etc

    Using it as Airbnb could well be against  any covenants imposed with the PP (unfortunately I know more about this than I’d like to from the failed move to Norfolk). But agree that it would be worth living with it for a while and seeing what use it could be put to.

    How great that you loved it! Has it had much interest?. Surely this time of year is on your side as people are busy with Christmas rather than house viewings! Hopefully yours will sell quickly and you can put an offer in if that's what you want to do ♥️☺️
