Please don't think that when you migrate the problems are over. My migration was smooth. Then, due to an unexpected expenditure I need to raise my card limit. I logged into the Natwest website for only the second time (I don't want to use the app), and managed to find out how to do this online. It directed me to "manage my card", but I find that this doesn't show up on the list of things I can do with my card!
So I rang the helpline, which gave a wait time of 25 minutes (heavier than usual calls due to the Sains bank transfer- who knew??) but did offer a callback option (yippeee!), which I selected & confirmed that I wanted callback on the number I was calling from. At this point I got the hold music. No thanks or confirmation that I would get a callback. Of course I didn't get a callback. Natwest, I'm not impressed!

Could you use the app, even against your preferences?

Increasing/decreasing credit limit on a credit card is on the first screen of CC details (it's going to need you to confirm income etc).

EDIT : It might be available online, look under the "Cards" heading from the first Account Summary page after login.

"Manage your Credit Limit" is available after selecting your card (or it is on my account).

I can’t see the option to increase or decrease credit limit either.

My Sainsburys credit card was migrated to NatWest as planned and I registered for online banking only (no app) as instructed.  So far, so good.

Normally, once I'm happy with what I've bought using my credit card, I make a payment from my TSB current account to clear the balance in full rather than waiting until the month end.  I didn't want to set up a direct debit pre-migration nor do I have (or want) a NatWest current account so I did wonder how future payments should be made.  Would I need to set up a new payment instruction, if so what was the sort code etc?  As others have said, the FAQs regarding future payments weren't particularly explicit in this instance.

Yesterday I made a test fast payment for a small amount from my TSB current account using the existing payment instruction and Sainsburys sort code/account number and am pleased to find it worked so now I'll pay off the remaining balance.  Hope this helps others on here.
Be kind to others and to yourself too.

Others have said that the old payment route will only work until November.

You should be able to set up a new payee using the details I posted here:

Oh, the fun continues. Following the above advice I tried to log in to check I was looking in the right place for the credit balance option, though I was certain that I was. This time the website wouldn't accept the 6 digit passcode sent by SMS- I double checked and it was definitely correct. So I requested a second one- and recieved THE SAME NUMBER. (And I don't believe that was just chance).  The website again rejected it as incorrect. So I cancelled completely and went round the login again. The third attempt was successful. I went to "Cards" (I have only one, the Sains credit card) and checked the list of options: as before there are 7, none of them relating to increasing or decreasing the credit limit.
I understand that I might have more success using the app, but really don't want to, and shouldn't have to just because the website isn't working properly. And goodness knows what's happening with the 6 digit passcode.
I've applied for another card from someone else instead.

I don't use them. You get cut off from too much essential stuff if you lose your phone, till it's replaced. Additional hassle. I'm unlikely to lose my laptop which doesn't leave the house

Just checked my CC on my account online, I have 8 options for my card, the second of which is "Manage your credit limit".

Seems the functionality is a no, either for transferred Sainsburys cards in general or for your account specifically.
