    They said they knew, were fixing it, and someone would be in touch. I've since had an email to say it has been fixed - BUT - when I did what they said and logged out, in again, and tried again... "Ineligible". *sigh*

    Well it's still not working for me as well.

    I'm not sure if they realise there are two separate bugs yet though.

    Still not fixed here either ‘ineligible’. 

    Have logged out and back in again, changed suppliers etc etc to no avail.

    Just checked now and it seems to be fixed for me, I can see the advertised new tariff and switch to it (although I've not gone through with it just yet).

    It just worked for me. It's only 0.7% cheaper than my existing BG tariff, but will add a few months to my fix. Mind you, it has increased my monthly payment by £13.

    Update: ... and BG tell me it starts tomorrow - that's quick!
