Could not get it to work. Very frustrating.0

Having the same issue, can't view the Octopus Energy 10mth fix after logging in to CEC. I only see the error 'Unfortunately, you're not eligible for this tariff':More info:
- currently with Octopus on Flexible Octopus (Price Capped tariff) tariff
- CEC member for over 10 years
- just had to update my password and re-enter address details on the CEC site
- pay by monthly direct debit
- tried switching tariff directly on the Octopus site as suggested by someone above but I couldn't see the MSE CEC 10 month deal as an option.
I tried replying to the CEC email (cheapenergyclub@email.moneysavingexpert.com) but got a 550 'no relaying allowed' error / bounce. I tried sending from two different mail accounts as well on different services and the 550 error was the same which suggests it may be their mail server being misconfigured. Sent the mail to msedeals@moneysavingexpert.com now so see if that makes any difference (it's not bounced at least!).Slightly gladdened (sorry!) by the fact so many others are having the same issue.

Has anybody got the British Gas Collective Switch tariff for gas only? I don't really want to change electricity (I have solar panels) but if I change the filter to gas only the tariff isn't showing anymore0

Sense of irony that we have the power of the crowd to get to the bottom of this collective switch issue!!!Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.1 -

I eventually got it to show me the BG Collective tariff for gas only by applying the "gas only" filter from the screen showing the dual fuel switch. It took a few tries and I signed up. Got an email from MSE congratulating me on the switch. Bad news is, nothing confirming a switch from British Gas themselves. This was a few days ago so I'm assuming it didn't work, particularly as a did it again yesterday with the same result.Reading this signature is a waste of time0 -
I have the same issues previously mentioned. I'm with British Gas for my gas and wanted to switch to the British Gas Collective Switch deal. Only way I could get it to show was by changing my existing supplier to a random supplier. I put a switch on 1 October but it hasn't worked. Last time I switched to British Gas they emailed me within a day confirming the switch. I have contacted British Gas multiple times and each time they've advised they have no record of my Switch and told me to try it again.1
