Cheap Energy Club tarrif not available - why

Also having this issue. Currently with Ovo and looking to switch to one of the Big Switch tariffs. Getting the same 'Not eligible' message even though I've been signed up to the CEC on the same email for as long as I can remember.0

I’m also having issues. First it wouldn’t get past the ‘what’s your postcode’ bit (tried on laptop and mobile, Wi-Fi connection was fine), now it says I’m ineligible for all the tariffs, but there’s no reason why I would be. I really don’t want to miss out.0

Whilst the price breakdown for the Money Saving Octopus 10-month tariff shows on their list of tariffs on Octopus' website, there appears to be no way to actually select the tariff, as only their 12-month fixed/ flexible tariffs show as available options on their website.
When I contacted Octopus earlier today, they suggested that the Money Saving Octopus tariff needs to be setup online via MSE. Does anyone please have any suggestions on how to get around the issue of MSE suggesting that myself (and a number of other users) are ineligible, despite appearing to meet the criteria?2 -
I’m in the same boat. Been a member for years, have done previous switches through CEC, and I can’t see any of the deals. I’m just getting the ineligible message.I’ve tried switching provider on the form but it’s still not working. It made me change my password yesterday due to accounts merging or something, and I’m wondering if that’s what went wrong.Has anyone been able to fix this? It’s so frustrating to miss out on something you’re eligible for.2

TBH I don't know. Doing this I got an email from MSE saying
"Congrats – your energy switch is now in progress! Switch to: British Gas, Collective Nov26."Since then, nothing. It's either that or no chance at all though, the Cheap Energy Club team seem not to be responding to emails with anything but stock answers and show no sign of acknowledging that there's a problem.
All in all MSE's BG Big Switch announcement has been indistinguishable from clickbait for many of us.

Same here. I can't access the cheaper Octopus tariff despite being an Octopus customer for years and a member of energy saving club for many many years. Can anyone help?
Is it to do with being asked to reset your password due to the website and something else merging passwords?Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.4
