This advice is in the NEWBIE sticky in the Witness Statement sectionmystic_bertie said:Regarding my other court case i was not aware you could apply for costs.
Good afternoon and many thanks for your reply. Thankfully i did not have much in the means of costs, it was a 40 mile round trip to the court.
I checked the mcol and my defence has been received.
So i will set my calendar to send off the Directions Questionnaire.

I have never written to my MP before is there a template or guide to follow? I have found my local MP on the parliament website, do i use the parliamentary email address or the constituency office address?Coupon-mad said:
Re the DR Plus one, ask your MP to write and complain to Euro and the BPA for you. They will do that. It'll be cancelled.

And if you have the energy and anger in you, the Public Consultation is this month, too:mystic_bertie said:Le_Kirk said:

Abso-bloomin-lootely, you and people in your position having been through or going through the process are just the sort of respondent required as you can speak/write from experience. You can tell the consultation exactly how you feel/felt about the PCN and the double dipping and how the PPCs treat you as cash cows and that they need regulating.mystic_bertie said:

Hello everyone i hope you are well.Car1980 said:Great. Check your MCOL history in a couple
of days to confirm the defence has been received.
The Directions Questionaire will be in a few weeks, so nothing to do for the moment. Expect a letter from DCB Legal saying "they intend to proceed" though, just to try and intimidate you.
I have not heard anything from DCBL. Do i need to proceed with sending the Directions Questionnaire by email? If so is there a guide to filling this in?
