Regarding my other court case i was not aware you could apply for costs.
This advice is in the NEWBIE sticky in the Witness Statement section

Good afternoon and many thanks for your reply. Thankfully i did not have much in the means of costs, it was a 40 mile round trip to the court.

I checked the mcol and my defence has been received.

So i will set my calendar to send off the Directions Questionnaire. ;)

Re the DR Plus one, ask your MP to write and complain to Euro and the BPA for you. They will do that. It'll be cancelled.

I have never written to my MP before is there a template or guide to follow? I have found my local MP on the parliament website, do i use the parliamentary email address or the constituency office address? ;)

Abso-bloomin-lootely, you and people in your position having been through or going through the process are just the sort of respondent required as you can speak/write from experience.  You can tell the consultation exactly how you feel/felt about the PCN and the double dipping and how the PPCs treat you as cash cows and that they need regulating.

Great. Check your MCOL history in a couple
of days to confirm the defence has been received.

The Directions Questionaire will be in a few weeks, so nothing to do for the moment. Expect a letter from DCB Legal saying "they intend to proceed" though, just to try and intimidate you.
Hello everyone i hope you are well.

I have not heard anything from DCBL. Do i need to proceed with sending the Directions Questionnaire by email? If so is there a guide to filling this in? ;)
