Good evening Coupon-mad and Many thanks for your reply. I will repeat what you have said when i speak to them. Should i return their call as it appears they have not tried to call again.

I know it was a few months ago when you advised that i should write to my Mp regarding the DR Plus Double Dipping PCN. Is there a template or a guide to help me with this. Can this be emailed or is it best to post?

I have found this website very useful for contacting MPs. Just type your postcode in and it will bring up details of councillors and the MP for your area, and an email form for you to just type straight into.

Do mention any medical conditions that would mean you have protected characteristics/disabilities as defined by the Equality Act 2010. Failure to anticipate the needs of such a person, and/or failure to make reasonable adjustments is discrimination, a breach of the Act, and a criminal offence.
Also mention that this was two visits, meaning the unregulated private parking company had no business obtaining and processing your personal data, which is a breach of the data protection act and general daa protection regulations.

Regarding the DR+ pcn Im pleased to say i have an appointment via zoom on the 5th of Dec. Is it likely to be the mp's assistants that call me?

I am having major problems with the official complaint I made to Halfords. To recap they had the chance to cancel the PCN earlier this year when I received the letter of notice. I contacted the branch manager at the time, I was told that the PCN would be canceled, the next thing I know was that the letter of claim had been received and it was too late to cancel the PCN. 

Because of this I made an official complaint on the 6th of August this year. I have made over 22 phone calls, I had also received a few phone calls from them to get more information from me. Their main call center is not in the UK, however the investigation team that contacted me seemed to have clear English speaking voices. Every time I chase this up I was told the investigation team would contact me soon, They never did, nobody emailed me Nobody called me with the results of the investigation.

I called the Halfords branch in Manchester last week to speak to the manager, I got the assistant manager instead Who told me that the manager would call me on the Saturday and that never happened. I called the main Halford's number last week many times I never got an outcome, I called again two days ago And i went crazy at the agent who assured me we would get somewhere this time, she said the supervisor from the call center would contact me later that day, I received an email from her confirming, This is the first email I have received since I first emailed them on the 3rd of July regarding the PCN. The supervisor never called.

Can anyone please suggest any anything as I'm getting nowhere with Halfords , They should have canceled the PCN , now I am being taken to court because of the managers Appalling customer service . to make this worse the PCN was illegally given to me with the double dipping scam . No matter what I do I cannot speak to anyone from the investigations team nor can I get an answer regarding what the outcome was.

When i made calls to Halfords branch and customers service in July this year, i did not have ability to record calls, i do have them all recorded since the 6th of Aug.

saying it's too late to cancel is nonsense, that parking company can cancel at any time, even after issuing court proceedings when it's known as a discontinuation
