I have 2 Double Dipping PCN's, Im Also Vulnerable Person, Can Any Organisation Help

Good Afternoon Guys
I have 2 double dipping PCN's,
The first is with Debt Recovery Plus originally a Euro Car Parks PCN, for spending 17 hours in a standard Motor Fuel Group petrol station 1 mile from my home.
The second is at the CLAIM FORM stage, raised by DCB legal and originally a CP Plus PCN. I got this at Manchester Fort Retail Park visiting Halfords i was meant to have spent 20 hours there.
Due to my severe mental health, i dont have the mental strength to deal with it,in any way. I get overwhelmed and depressed too and i have severe rage dealing with this stuff.
Is there anyone who can fill everything out on my behalf?
Many thanks

You could ask Contestor Legal to do the defence for you but it costs a fee.
As a free alternative, why not get a friend or family member to use our template defence which takes only about half an hour to adapt, then they and you can do the AOS using your Govt Gateway account then pop in the easy defence.
That's the urgent one to do. No burying your head in the sand with that one. Do that NOW. It's urgent or it will go to a CCJ and cost you a lot of money.
DO NOT PAY EITHER OF THEM.
Re the DR Plus one, ask your MP to write and complain to Euro and the BPA for you. They will do that. It'll be cancelled.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I understand your situation so I recommend you just file a short defence since it's a double dip using MCOL.
All I would do is submit this:1. The Defendant is the keeper of the vehicle in question and the driver on the day alleged.
2. The Claimant asserts the Defendant parked outside Halfords on The Fort retail park, Manchester for TWENTY hours. This is completely false.
3. This is a classic case of "double dipping" where the Claimant's ANPR cameras have recorded the entry time of the car, but not captured its exit.
4. It is submitted that the claim be struck out under CPR 3.4(2) "that the statement of case discloses no reasonable grounds for bringing the claim".
Then you only have the Directions Questionnaire to think about. So one online form and one emailable form and you're done. Just submitting the above means 90% of rhe job is done.I wouldn't even bother with mediation. Just ignore the phone call. 75% of defendants do, with no repercussions that we've seen.
Then it'll be struck out, or not struck out and discontinued by DCB as usual.

Hello there i apologise for the late reply. Many thanks for your reply.
Im afraid i dont have any funds to pay anyone, i dont have anyone who can assist either, i live alone, i dont have any friends or family around either.
According to Car1980 I can copy and paste his message into the form on the MCOL.
Yeah i will contact my mp and get them to cancel the other PCN. Thanks again.1 -

I feel better you have simplified the process for me. I went to court in 18 months ago due to DCBL and the !!!!!! never turned up on the day but i had to go through the entire rigmarole legally.
Is it certain that the claim will be discontinued?
do i file a defence or AOS?0 -
Is it certain that the claim will be discontinued?Almost certainly. They don't seek hearings and their claim has no merit. They'll see that.
Don't make an offer in the (new) Mediation phone call in a few weeks. You owe nothing.
You can just put the defence in on MCOL. No need to do the AOS if you are ready. The short defence kindly written by @Car1980 is very good and it is enough!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What about the response pack do i not need to fill it in?
Many thanks.0 -
Great. Check your MCOL history in a couple
of days to confirm the defence has been received.
The Directions Questionaire will be in a few weeks, so nothing to do for the moment. Expect a letter from DCB Legal saying "they intend to proceed" though, just to try and intimidate you.

A shame you didn't apply for costs!3 -
