yea. i was on a DF tariff in April, still on the Electricity now. changed just Gas in May and just changed Gas again. so fixed E till April and now fixed G till Aug26.
i had to use Twitter for the 1st time ever in May to get the change done and just done the same again now, each time they have actioned the change within 20 mins.
p.s when i say "had to use Twitter", i chose to as i'd heard it gone things done quickly.1 -

It's slightly cheaper unit rate, fixed for 12 months (current fix ends in Jan!) and cheaper SC too.
No exit fees
So I guess makes sense to swap.PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)0 -

Moved gas to August v2, as fractionally cheaper on unit rate and cheaper on standing charge.
And, of course it starts a new 12 month fixed period.
All sorted in less than 2 minutes.
What's not to like about it?2 -
Nearly a penny more on gas s/c for me but that fix is ending soon, so probably worth changing just to lock in for 12 mths - can't trust Ofgem on the zero s/c tariffs that are supposed to turn up in January, can always change if they actually do something good for low users. Just did it online, the start date is the end date of the old contract so keep saving on the s/c to the last moment, so that is great!1

Rang them as we had another thing to sort, and wanted to change to a variable DD.
A few minutes to get to speak to someone, then all done within another couple of minutes, efficient as usual, on the new tariff as of this morning.2 -
Aug v3 marginally cheaper on electric, marginally more on gas (southern)3
