There's been a lot of adverts in the last few days about locking in before midnight tonight and that they are the cheapest of the big suppliers at present.
I'm busy doing the comparisons for Mum and for me ... !0 -
I've just gone for the v7 from the v1.
It's hardly a fix when you can move anytime with no penalties.0 -
If they actually come up with a decent tariff it will not last long so grab it asap0

Do the call centre staff have to memorise each one?

I've seen that plastered over my account page ... "cheapest big supplier tariff" ... "no exit fee" (which is good), but nothing saying what the tariff actually is. Just a button to sign up.Yorkie1 said:There's been a lot of adverts in the last few days about locking in before midnight tonight and that they are the cheapest of the big suppliers at present.1 -

You'll be shown all their tariffs and can filter on eg. domestic and fixed.

I'm beginning to think your correct. I'm paying 56.6sc & 24.58KW for leccy.and 28.94sc & 5.8p kw for gas. I'm looking at Fuse, very competitive and very reasonable reviews for a newish company. Used to be Electricity only but now supplying gas as well. I cannot find the tariffs for Octopus v7Baldeagle095 said:I find Octopus a ripoff! Would never switch to them! Am paying 23.86 p per kWh for electricity SC 46.95. Gas is 6.23 and 24.6 SC. I have never known them to be cheaper so I wonder why MSE keep plugging them?
Am regularly on Credit Club to monitor prices.0
