all looks good up to now
they said Edf should not be disputing my final reads as a smart meter so he has escalated it and it should be accepted by Edf
just got to wait for my final bill
it’s my birthday tomorrow, so no meter or Edf issues will be looked at lol 😝, I’m thinking cake and a rum and dry ginger when I finish work at 6 pm 🕕2 -

Yep, there should be no issue of meter reads when you have a smart meter. It makes no sense. Always wise to take a photo on the evening of your switch though nonetheless.2

Please let us know how you get on. I'm with EDF and about to start looking for my next tariff. Was resigned to staying with EDF - have Econ 7, storage heaters, mainly Quantums - but have only just read about Snug. It seems very complicated to me as I like to know when my cheap hours are so I can go mad with the laundry etc but I am following this with interest!
