You needs to get those E10 ALCS timings fixed sharpish as it looks like anything used in the afternoon is being charged at peak rate. It should happen straight away if done by the person on the phone. You shouldn't need to be waiting ages for it to be done even if it has been sent off to a different team. I'd send them that screenshot and chase them again.

Rosie which tariff are you on? those rates look high and you used a lot between 1330 and 1630 and again 2100 to 2200. It looks like your off peak is 0030-0730. but the ALCS needs sorting too.

Looks like E7, although the "£ 0.00 day rate" seems a bit suspicious! I think it's just how Octopus's charting works, though.

That’s my old E10 timings , so when my water was switched on and my heating , they went on peak cost

    Got this yesterday

Thank you for your message. As the in home display was installed by your previous supplier, it can tend to show historical data and require a reset. I wanted to let you know that a tariff update has been requested, and this should reflect on your in-home display when it resets at midnight. The ALCS is already set to the current off-peak period, which is all days from 00:30 to 07:30.

I’ve told them that’s it’s not as it’s still putting my heating and water on , on my previous supplier times

I think @QrizB is correct the blue line doesn’t correlate to your charges , just the times. Had me worried for you there.
