They have adjusted my account today going back to the 1st July to E7 pricing
the meter as of now is still on E10 timing and the meter is showing E10 pricing so nothing has changed on that front yet , I heard it click over at 5.09 pm for the “afternoon boost “ to end
as far as I know it will be 7 hours overnight , no boost …
I have added in another complaint to my case , in regard to them only updating their system not the database , and then not making sure that the other mpan was removed from my address , which at the min it’s still related to the one I’m keeping !I hope it does change to E7 timing and costings asap , I can’t be bothered to sort out if it’s not done properlyIt’s definitely a saga ….I just want to leave them , no matter what they offer me …I can’t take this anymore , I’m so done2 -
They are being lazy or incompetent and I'd get on to them before the weather turns colder up north in a few weeks. There's no reason why they still haven't sent the correct E7 config to update your meter's tariff and ALCS timings. It's probably wise to get that in place before switching.1

If push comes to shove and if they can't sort my situation out, i have decided to leave them too and hopefully get another supplier to install a smart meter.1 -

It's probably wise to get that in place before switching. We now know she's in the hands of the meter database co - so it could be weeks before thats resolved.I am guessing they will be processing a lot of non standard requests - like Rosie1001 two mpan to single given the current rush on rts.1

Apparently it’s been updated on database . However the mpans are still related , that’s why I am struggling to move suppliers as it looks like I still have a complex meter1

They done a reverse charge for July to the E7 rates
I’m now in credit of this

Well that bit is good news. Keep getting E10 at E7 rates can't be bad!Swipe said:They are being lazy or incompetent and I'd get on to them before the weather turns colder up north in a few weeks. @Rosie1001 try throwing this at them - "If the National Meter database isn't corrected for my MPAN and the other one no longer linked within the next 5 working days, then send me a "Deadlock" reply and I'll go straight to the Ombudsman."
Depending on their response to that, there's this you could "try" using -
https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/consultation/radio-teleswitch-service-rts-electricity-supply-licence-changes
and quote the following at them from it, it says -
"The new licence conditions will make sure consumers are treated fairly ...."
"the licensee must take all reasonable steps to provide a tariff that leaves the consumer ‘no worse off’ than their existing arrangement ........"
Add your comment as follows - "Well that might have been the case when you did upgrade the meter, BUT this is NOW No longer the case because you say you've withdrawn the E10 tariff. I can't be the only consumer affected.
E10 is only another TOU Tariff, so what's the problem when one has a Smart Meter? Seems like a complaint to OFGEM may be needed as well."
Whilst this is a bit sort of "after the event" I'd say anything is worth a try!!

EDF said they have removed E10 as a business decision..they put that in a email to me last week !1

At least with a balance like that going into winter , I won’t be cold if I need to use additional heating etc …
but hopefully I will have changed to EON E10 by then .. if not , any decent suppler that offers E7 with acls controlling my heaters will do , I just want to be done with EDF !1
