Has anyone had their switch cash yet?
OH and I had an incentive into a sole account in 2023 and now opened a joint account and I switched in a Chase current account, all payments were made, 4 direct debits moved and we both made a payment with the card so all criteria met. The switch completed on the 13th June and all criteria was met when the swich completed.
Only had a letter to confirm completion of the switch but not a peep about the incentive and today is day 10 after completion of the switch.1 -
Did you get a message or email saying they would advise you if you qualify for the switch incentive?pecunianonolet said:Has anyone had their switch cash yet?

Yes mine came through on Thursday. I received a text confirming I had qualified and the money should arrive within 10 days, but I had already received it that morning.pecunianonolet said:Has anyone had their switch cash yet?

Mine landed yesterday. I think the switch took place last Wednesday, and I did the £1K deposit and single debit card purchase (via Google Pay) on Friday, and like the previous poster I had a text yesterday to say I qualified and would receive the bonus with ten working days, only to find it had already landed a few minutes earlier.pecunianonolet said:Has anyone had their switch cash yet?

Does this mean you have to start the switch by 10July or complete it by then?0 -

Only requirement is to request the switch before the offer is withdrawn. You will still get the incentive if you meet all the other requirements after then. When we can end this offer
We may end, change or replace this offer at any time. If we do this, and you’ve already requested a switch, you’ll still get this offer if you meet all the requirements.2 -
Applied for my switch a few days ago, and I recall seeing somewhere that you can track the progress of your switch through your online banking account. Can't seem to find this anywhere - anyone got any ideas?0
