  • Exercising doesn’t have to be expensive. I can swim as much as I like at my two local swimming pools for just over £22 a month. Daily stretching, sit ups and wall press ups at home cost nothing. Walking is also a great way to relax and exercise. Once you get going the motivation also improves.
Change your ‘ I would like’ to ‘I will’.

parkrun at 9am every Saturday morning is free. And you can always parkwalk if you aren't ready to run 5k (check out the coach to 5k free app).
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
  • I think I might draw a line under the last week and start recording my spending again on a spreadsheet.

Just got paid as I saw the notification flash up on my phone. Thank you, employer!

  • I have spent £34 since I got paid leaving £75 for the rest of the week.

Should be a cheap weekend due to my little festival at home.

I need to vacuum and ideally clean the bathroom although I might not bother.

  • I know that we are all different but at times your use of 'I might' 'I would like ' or 'I may not bother'  make me think you can be indecisive lol.

  • I need to redo my budget follow post payday spending. Also plan my weekend. Need to go into town this morning but be back for the start of Glastonbury at 12. Am just watching some highlights of last night as I was in bed early last night so missed the full sesh.

Am watching CMAT in the crowd. So dangerous. Apparently they sold fewer tickets this year and I think that was a good idea. Now for a bit of Busta Rhymes and the washing up. I wish I was there. The politics chats looked very interesting. Of course it’s a left wing festival. Turning up Busta Rhymes a bit. My downstairs neighbour doesn’t need sleep :-) He’s a real showman.

    Just bought some wool.

It’s all manageable as long as I can stay calm!

As long as you have covered all your outgoings you shouldn’t need any wiggle room. Have you looked into switching current account ?
