Absolutely lovely day in London. I spent about £55 all in including the train which I’m not too annoyed about as I did have an amazing time. The AIDS quilt was very moving and I’m glad I went. Quiet weekend next weekend I think. I got a coffee and a croissant in the morning which I am annoyed about as I had a flask of coffee with me in my bag just nowhere to sit down and drink it at that very moment plus I wasn’t even hungry.
I need to sit down tomorrow and see how much money I actually have left for the rest of the month as I will go over weekly spending this week I think.Credit card 1891

Are they second hand through resellers? Wouldn’t I just have a battery problem earlier?Organgrinder said:There are some amazing deals out there current. Look on the MSE newsletter.
With cashback I'm currently paying £5/month for 45gb of data (more than enough for me) and unlimited on ID mobile. Crucially for me it includes roaming too.
I think the top MSE tip is to buy through a reseller eg mobiles.co.uk or similar.Credit card 1891

My last 2 phones have been 2nd hand devices from resellers and I haven’t had any issues with battery on either, one had a slight scratch on the back but I always use a case so that wasn’t a problem for me and the one I have now I’ve had going on 18 months and no problems whatsoeveritsthelittlethings said:

I’m not sure how I have ended up quite so bare bones despite mainly sticking to my weekly spending. I think it was last week that did it. Anyway. No morning coffees from now until pay May. Hopefully I get paid next Friday rather than next Sunday. I can always get money out of my savings if I am desperate but would rather not do that. I am having a lovely quiet week this week, enjoying the weather. I’m off to stay with my mum at the weekend. It will be nice to see her and have a mini break.
I am still doing better with money and not putting anything in my credit card. I think this is the second month now that I have not used my credit card. I am very pleased about that.Credit card 1891

I’ve just looked. The last time I used it was 13th May, so one month. I’ve paid £1050 off it, £600 out of savings and £450 out of May’s wages.Skint_yet_Again said:Glad to hear that you are doing better with money and not using your credit card.
