Only the One😊
As stated previously Our HB(Hounsing Benifit) was £127.08 per week✅
This equates to £550.68per month✅
So Why have we recieved only half £275.34 of the UC Hounsing element?
Is this just a blip/one off & will the full Hounsing element be in next months UC payment?Cheers TimeLord1👍
Any thoughts/comments anybody💕
Thanks All✌️0 -
How did you report your housing costs? Did you say you and your partner are both named on the tenancy? If yes, what figure did you put down as your rent liability?0
-
Yes reported 2 people on tenancy agreement✅ (me& wife)Reported rent liability;
£110.06 per week total(my share total £55.03✅
Service charge £17.02 perweek total(my share total £8.51)
So as stated& reported;
Total rent with service is;£127.08 per week which equates to £550.68 per Month😊
As stated previously we were recieving £127.08 on HB(Hounsing Benifit)
Thanks to Yamor😊 “Hope this info helps”👍

That will be the issue.
You should have put your total rent on this screen, not just your half:

Lots of people with a service charge will put it as a total with the rent payable, but it needs to be calculated separately rather than together. Of course they have a total amount that they'll pay the landlord, but it can create issues further along.0

So we got reply on journal & updated Hounsing part of UC👍(hope this is correct now)
Will let you know what happens✅Thanks once again for all of your responses💕0 -
You may get a further message to agree to claimant commitments because it's possible they class it as an updated change of circumstances. It just depends if they see it as their error or you stating it's not correct.0
