Looks like you reported the Housing wrong, so you are receiving half.

In the journal when Housing reported the last time, what does it say?

The way it has been reported is that it looks like someone outside of your household has the other 50% of the tenancy.

The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

It has to be a full Assessment Period after April 6th for you to see all the increases for UC elements (excluding Housing) plus the NS ESA & State Pension deductions.

So you won't see those increases until your next statement.

My Assessment Period is 26th-25th, so I don't see any changes (excluding Housing) until my May statement for 26 April - 25 May paid on June 2nd.

Thank you for your replies👍. As stated we have queued this amount on our journal, but probably will have to enter figures again☹️. The (Irony) of this is UC stated on journal that they had recieved Hounsing information!

You won't see all the full housing costs until your next full assessment period.

People who live in social housing have their rent charges verified by the landlord to check they match. If UC is paying housing costs then they must have been confirmed correct.

Be aware that Council Tax discount can work completely differently on UC than ESA depending on where you live, you are not guaranteed the same 75% discount you were recieving before....depends which local authority you are under.

If you are underpaid, once it's been sorted a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to underpayment. The money will then be paid within a few working days & a new version of the statement added.
