Also. Partly agree with not going out after dark except I'm not actually prepared to do it, 5 min walk or not😁5pm is pj's and door slammed shut, I'm sooooo anti social

May I suggest that you add a tiara when sporting jimjams? No-one will notice anything else you're wearing...

I love that idea Humdinger!
I have to admit I just added a jumper to my nightwear yesterday and then never did get dressed. It stops me from going out and spending money at least.

Thanks @beanielou @Skint_yet_Again glad you are part of the not getting dressed sometimes gang 😉
Thanks @Tresinia511 The posh housecoat seemed wrong for my total slob day so used a tatty dressing gown instead as it was much more in keeping with my state of mind 😉
Thanks @Humdinger1 I will purchase a tiara at the next tiara purchasing opportunity 😁
Thanks at @redofromstart it is no coincidence that I have claimed 2 NSDs in a row!
Another at home day for me. This morning was the first in a few days when I've not woken with a headache. My joints are no longer swollen and sore, just a bit stiff. Whatever flared up has died down again.
The house is orderly and I am rested.
I made a few calls I had been putting off today
I cooked a veggie curry yesterday and ate the leftovers today.
The good news is I haven't spent anything in 2 days
The sun shone today.

Dia, I like your idea of having a housecoat to suit each mood😀

Really what you need is pyjamas with a tiara on them 🤣

Not sure that I do. But the nice one is for when I am feeling worthy of it 😉
Haha @WelshmansDaughter 😊
Yesterday I sold something and went on a little shop and a long walk.
I took library books back.
I decluttered a few books and a small teapot, but found another in white porcelain. A JL one retailing at £18 for £1
I can see why selling/surveys etc are the way to go. It was so nice spending, but knowing it wasn't having an impact on my actual account. Sadly, I am not higher level MSE like some. I see extra income as extra spending. I bought some YS flowers and some basic toiletries from the baby section reduced for clearance. I would like to see extra income, as extra savings, but hey ho, one step at a time…
Today I am resisting the urge to phone a friend to go out for tea and cake to cheer myself up. It is already this afternoon. Therefore, I am going to have my 3rd NSD off the week!
I am ignoring FROGS for a few days but they come back tomorrow…
Later I have choir. Not even looking forward to that today. It is grey, cold and damp, but I will still go.
I hope everyone is ok. Off to check-in on diaries

I'm sure you'll enjoy the choir once you're there. Although it's not exactly the weather to inspire anything other than staying home warm and cosy.
Maybe some of the selling/survey money could be set aside for little treats. Depending on the amount you could always split it between savings and surveys.

If you want to use the extra income from surveys or selling for spending then that's ok. It's better than it coming out of your day to day funds or savings. It's a good idea to split between both, but you could even just send a token £1 to savings and then you'd still be winning.

Thanks @Sun_Addict and @jwil Your comments have made me think, and in future I will allocate 20% of any 'gains' to savings.
So, another NSD today. Good MSE wise, but it really means I am not leaving the house to do things. So less exercise for a start. I can feel my mood is low despite trying for it not to be. That probably explains my lack of outside activity…However I will take the wins where I get them.
I've been productive in the kitchen: cleaning, dishes (X3) and made a chicken curry in the SC
Todays tasks:
eyebrows
wash my hair
Finding the positive? My joints are much less sore. I can't summon up the energy to go out. I know, that sounds like a negative, but it stops me going out for chippie chips…so a MSE positive really
