I'll try but you have to enter the postcode in order to see what "All our .." tariffs are available

I have All our Tariffs (which I take to be the Bible) open in front of me. Filters Current, Fixed and Domestic applied. The only 12-M shown is

    Octopus 12M Fixed May 2025 v2

with two Identical (?) derivatives "...+ Intelligent Drive Pack"

There doesn't appear to be anything to expand. I get the impression that Loyalty ceased at the end of April 2025.

See the image I posted....that's in the Octopus Compare app.

I thought the top line of the screenshot (from OC app) where it just says "Loyal Octopus 12m Fixed" had made you think there was a current fix available.

But when you expand it, it lists Loyal ones up to April V2, which is no longer available.

I fear that we must be living on different planets ..
If I go to All our Tariffs it specifically asks me to enter my postcode. If I leave off the last part nothing  happens. If I enter the full post code it immediately shows me what (current) tariffs are available to me / to my area. In this case only 3 none of which is "Loyalty".
The routine is different if I ask for an individual quote as if I was thinking of joining Octopus, but the post code is still required.  Either way no progress.

I have reported the post with his full post code in it.

Hopefully the moderators will remove it soon seeing as he doesn't get it.

I may have to turn capitals on and shout soon. There are no Loyalty tariffs currently available. Why do you think there are?

The ones in the Octopus Compare app, are so you can compare any tariffs. You might want to compare one you signed up to last year, to standard variable, or Tracker, or any other tariff.

Edited to add, I similarly, have only 3 tariffs to choose from on the Octopus website, none are Loyalty.

That was my original point: No Loyalty tariffs are now available (to me). On that we seem to be agreed.  :)
