Middle of top of screen. If that question was to me - re load control switch (so I assume rate selection too)In that picture - looks like heating off and the peak rate register should have been incrementing.I dont know if you can enter it - but the manual actually has a load switching event log too - which gives last 100 dates / times of activity and a code. See c page32. That might already contain a record for say 1600 and might very soon contain a record for 2000 - or whatever your e10 times are.But the main user indiciaton - is I suspect the little contact symbol with the L for those without an IHD or any suitable LED's on device switches / spurs to indicate power.Did they tell you how long it would take IHD to sync ?Not sure - but you might want to maybe switch it on / off - occassionally over next few days.IF you post the model EDF supplied - a user of that model might know more about how long it took.0

they said it could be economy 7 or 10 depending on the community of the meter0 -

Well done and congratulations to you and your installer, that's a tidy installation of the meter and the isolation switches.Glad it all went well.Once your in-home display is working properly you should be able to use it to know when you have cheap rate electricity, without having to look at the smart meter.N. Yes.The tiny little L means its the port 5 restricted feed for your storage heaters and hot water - contactor status. And the fact the diagonal line is up and not across connecting both the terminals (little o's ) means the contactor is OPEN.And the manual says it only shows when the contactor is OPEN - in this case port 5 restricted live - so off peak supply - output off.I suspect it will simply disappear. During off peak periods.Just as you cannot see the symbol with the M for the master relay that could sit just above it - that would mean meter has switched off all output power - to both port 4 (24/7 live) and port 5 (e10 restricited off peak live power).Sometimes engineers think these symbols are meaningful to everyone - its not an easy habit to break - when inside the bubble. Other meter brands display things like R1 or R2 on their displays etc when those registers active - more meaningful to many I suspect than that symbol.0

get 5 bars when I turned it on , now it’s barely got one , I moved it , still the same
and I have to say the engineer was fab , he wouldn’t be beat , he was here 4 hours and he never stopped
I’m actually going to email his company regarding him , he was super helpful and very tidy , great attitude and work ethic3 -
@Rosie1001, further to what @Scot_39 mentioned earlier, is there another fusebox (not shown in the picture)?
