@Rosie1001, further to what @Scot_39 mentioned earlier, is there another fusebox (not shown in the picture)?

Just a single one for the shower , the two one is heaters , 3 one is general like sockets and lights

Have I had the right meter fitted , will I have one or two mpans ?.

scrounger … my electrics are getting upgraded , that’s why I needed the isolation switches

I now only have one on my bills.  And only one standing charge.

Had 2 for RTS before digital - and at one stage 2 standing charges - but for a little while only paid 1 standing charge - always only onse since first went digital E10 and then when upgraded to smart.
I had two standing charges for years , but then the law changed and I paid only one ..always had two npams thou , one bill with two separate charges , Then added together for invoicing

Well done and congratulations to you and your installer, that's a tidy installation of the meter and the isolation switches.
    Glad it all went well.
Once your in-home display is working properly you should be able to use it to know when you have cheap rate electricity, without having to look at the smart meter.
I’m not holding our it will work , it’s not holding the wi fi signal

get 5 bars when I turned it on , now it’s barely got one , I moved it , still the same

and I have to say the engineer was fab , he wouldn’t be beat , he was here 4 hours and he never stopped

I’m actually going to email  his company regarding him , he was super helpful and very tidy , great attitude and work ethic

My IHD sits about 4-5m from the meter - just inside my living room door - and 99% of time is connected - despite a little no no - as maybe sits too close to my interner wifi router and a desktop PC.

My meter is external - so inner wall / and couple of panel doors / room wall in the way.

On the very rare occasion mine does drop off - I can literally hold it - in the gap with living room door ajar - and it reconnects - without a reboot.
Do they automatically connect to meter or do they need paired ???  he turned it on and that was it …

I actually don’t know what times I’m on

they said it could be economy 7 or 10 depending on the community of the meter

Those times match mine - and were common to at least 3 other DNO regions - when they controlled things more rigidly.
The fact the engineer was present - and your heaters were on - suggests you haven't been left with e7 - as that would most likely be off after sat 7-8am in winter at best.
All might happily be revealed in about 3 minutes.
When that message 8pm slot begins.

It either arrives paired, or the engineer does something to pair it. It's not something you can do yourself.
If it's still not showing any data in the morning, give your supplier (EDF?) a call.

I’ll have to ring them anyway to find out what tariff I’m on or going on … heaters didn’t start at 8 pm so I don’t think I’ve got economy 10
