Oh yes my apologies. It's basically become a fuse thread recently I'd forgotten about outfox being part of the original thread as I haven't seen them mentioned recently

Fuse plugs AI chat tool says this when queried about April 1 reductions
I've looked into this for you. From 1 April 2026, the Renewables Obligation (RO) savings will be applied automatically to all fixed electricity tariffs.Since you're currently on our Aug Single Rate Fixed (13m) v3 electricity tariff, you don't need to do a thing. The reduction will be applied to your electricity bill automatically from that date. This change is happening because the UK Government is moving some of the Renewables Obligation costs off electricity bills and into general taxation.
At the moment, the exact amount of the saving or the specific unit-rate adjustment hasn't been confirmed by the government yet. Once those details are finalised, we'll apply them automatically to your electricity bill.
Just a heads-up that this reduction applies specifically to electricity and won't affect your gas tariff.

I am on a fixed electricity tariff with Fuse and have just received an e'mail from fuse, stating the following:
Your electricity costs will be going down from April 1st! This change follows measures announced by the UK Government in the 2025 Budget to cut certain levies from energy bills.
Your electricity unit rate will be decreasing by 2.45 p/kWh. You do not need to do anything. We will automatically update your tariff to reflect these deductions and from April 1st, you will be able to see these changes on your Fuse App and on your bills.

Yup same here. Fuse never paid into one of the levies so the decrease isnt as big as some other providers. Still, a welcome decrease.

My electric is low approx. 1200 kw per year, so about £24. decrease, lower gas price would had been great, but as I was on a fixed tariff, did not expect a reduction, so better than nothing.

Wish I had jumped ship at the start of the month when I signed my daughter up to a new Eon tariff. Would have cost £100 exit fee to be £85 pa cheaper but would have covered next winter as my current fix ends in Oct and I dread to think what I am going to have to pay for that. 😥

I am on a dual fuel rate which ends in October 2026 with Fuse. I have had the email notification that the electricity charges will be reduced by 2.45 per kw but no mention of gas being reduced. Is this correct please?

I’m on a fix till September with Fuse for gas but likewise have had no email. It looks like we’re not getting a reduction.
