Yes. Shows as "February correction" added to this month's DD amount.

I held off on my complaint due to them promising to fix it, and I was not out of pocket due to the £ bungs sent my way, but they have not so complaint to ombudsman submitted today.

Our bills down 2.45p / 11.6% (electricity only) that will save us ~£220/annum. The only problem is this saving will only be too fleeting and we will get stuffed in July and October.

I'm with OFTM and taken a gamble.

Instead of benefiting from around 2.5p/kwh drop between now and June (which would save me around £25 until our fix ends in June), I've elected to go to a 12 month fix for 2p/kwh extra which will cost me around £20 extra between now and June It should now take me right through next winter and insulate me from any anticipated ginormous rises until next April.

We are all electric and so use around 7500kwh a year of which around 70% (over 5000kwh) gets used in the winter months.

Just one penny per kwh makes a £75 annual difference to me but by knowing my energy profile over the year I can work out the best time to jump ship if necessary.

My new rate is still 3p/kwh under the present price cap which saves me £225 even if the price cap doesn't change in July and October which I suspect is quite likely even if the aggro gets sorted out quickly.

Every single bill I have had from Fuse since August, has got a previous months' correction on always in their favour. Been paying energy bills for over 45yrs now, and never had a Company billing like Fuse.

Molerat, have you actually contacted Fuse about these corrections, if so what did you say, as I think it is about time I did.

Yes I have contacted them, a long protracted conversation back to November.

The reason for the corrections is that NG revise the CV figures, often after the billing date. Because Fuse use a strictly prohibited by the SLC average CV to three decimal places when that correction is published there will be the corresponding adjustment to the bill. If they correctly truncated to one decimal place there is an infinitesimal small chance of that average CV changing. I have never been re-billed by any energy company for a change of CV before, there is as much chance of it being revised downwards as it is upwards, so they likely take the rough with the smooth unlike this shower. They simply brushed off my concerns and bunged £s into my account saying that it is being corrected. So far the only correction has been to use an also prohibited rounded, not truncated, to one decimal place figure on bills whilst continuing to calculate using three places. As I stated earlier I am not out of pocket due to the £ bungs sent to my account but what grinds is their arrogance in not correcting what is in effect a blatant overcharging of customers.

The guidance clarifying the particular licence condition was issued to suppliers back in 2014

My adjustments have been between 2p and 12p. As I have said it is not really about the money but the blatant flaunting of the regulations. Even my Excel spreadsheet can correctly calculate the bill, why can't they fix it - maybe because there is no incentive if it works to their benefit and the regulator does not carry out checks. Zog Energy used 4dp when they first started but fixed it within the first month or so, this shower have been doing it since at least October and I personally sent them a copy of the guidance to regulations early November.

Gone back thru my statements since I moved to Fuse in Aug. 25 - no corrections have appeared on any of them - strange is not quite the word for our issues !!!
