No smart meter, 3 decimal places on the gas meter and only 1 on the electric meter.

Since speaking to them they have re-issued my bills. Now on my third bill for Sept and second for Oct.  They have finally managed to calculate the difference between the opening and closing readings correcly and going directly from m3 to kWh in one sum rather than stopping at MJ and converting so introducing another rounding error.  Still using 3 decimal places for the CV though, will have to wait and see what Nov bill brings.  Important to download bills as soon as they are produced as if they re-issue the old one is removed.

If they are doing it (almost) correctly for you now then WHY not for everyone ? Just looked at my gas calculation for November on the app.and they still working with 3 decimal places on the volumes!

They do work to 3 places on the volumes,  it is only the CV they must truncate to 1 place.

Help please, right I have managed to export the bill to my xiaomi smartphone then e'mail it to myself to save a copy, the past couple of months, takes me some time but get there eventually. Trying to export Nov. bill, when it goes to my phone I then save it to pdf and it goes into WP Pro? Get asked to start a free 3 day trial, this hasn't happened before, I am trying to get it to go into file manager or somewhere simple.

Try it while being offline. Any pesky bit of new software trying to get your custom should leave you alone.

Is there not a 'more' option when choosing which bit of software to use?

    Cheers

There isn't a more option, I go into file manager, click on statement, share where there is 3 options, quick share takes me to phone?, shareme takes me to access my device location, final option is convert to JPG, click on that the gmail and need to sign into AI WPS?

Something must have changed on my phone, as previously gmail would come up, and I could just click on that, send it to myself then download from PC into my Bills folders. Added to the problem is Fuse have reissued a higher gas bill for Oct. so need that as well. I have tried  using PC to export the Statements' but when I open the folder on the PC the page is blank. Again this month Fuse are using estimated closing figures despite me submitting photos of meter readings, and bringing a different closing reading from the previous bill to open the current one. Not sure I will stay with Fuse once my fix is up, if this keeps happening, taking me ages to work out if they have charged me correctly too much aggro. I have been paying energy bills for over 40yrs, and never come across billling like this before, a total shambles. Plus I have had 2 final Electric bills from Octopus since I switched to Fuse, both with the incorrect final reading on, Octopus are blaming Fuse, so I am waiting for that to be sorted out.

Received my bill from Fuse yesterday - looked at it this morning and the "new style" bill doesn't seem to show closing readings just the opening ones ?
EDIT Furthermore, the volume of gas used for the bill isn't equal to the difference between the opening readings shown in the app for 1st Nov. and 1st December !!!
