No smart meter, 3 decimal places on the gas meter and only 1 on the electric meter.0

Since speaking to them they have re-issued my bills. Now on my third bill for Sept and second for Oct. They have finally managed to calculate the difference between the opening and closing readings correcly and going directly from m3 to kWh in one sum rather than stopping at MJ and converting so introducing another rounding error. Still using 3 decimal places for the CV though, will have to wait and see what Nov bill brings. Important to download bills as soon as they are produced as if they re-issue the old one is removed.1
