Thanks for the helpful replies, right bill was showing in my account today, able to download it on smartphone but it is so small and hard to read. Tried to do it on my computer, but the option to see and download a bill does not show, strange. Love their maths electricity usage total £9.40 + S/C £4.95 total £14.96, odd penny added.
If your computer receives emails try forwarding it to your email address either from your phone or from the fuse app then you can read it without a magnifying glass.

The opening figure is 17179.814m3  and I submitted 6067.
It rather looks as if the figure you submitted has been converted to kWh (6067 x 2.83 = 17.170) and displayed as such. Are you sure it's labelled m3 [sic]?That is a bit unorthodox, because only volume consumed can meaningfully be converted to kWh, using the calorific value of the gas consumed. So meter readings should remain in volume terms (m³), and differences between readings are converted to kWh before being used to calculate costs.

I contacted Fuse, appears you can't download it to a PC, so they e'mailed me a copy, do find the bill a bit odd in how it is set out, but at least I have one. Will say their support is fantastic.

Possibly only showing to a rounded down 2 decimal places, so behind the scenes to 3 decimal places it''s something like £9.408 + £ 4.956 = £14.964 to which you have to pay £14.96.

VAT? Although that would make it £15.07 ...

Those are the actual figures on the statement, no rounded down or up figures. The bill they sent by e'mail all the figures are bunched together unlike on the phone,  different format than what I downloaded on phone, but at least I have a copy to keep.

I am currently with Octopus, who in general have been ok apart from when I asked them to return some of my credit.  I am now tempted to emigrate to Fuse.  Search engines are still stating they are an electricity only supplier but I have confirmation from Fuse that as of Monday, they are now supplying gas.  Appears to be competitive rates and Trustpilot reviews (questionable at times) are more than reasonable.    Anyone with them who  would care to comment.
My mother is thinking of going with Fuse from Octopus, she has £600 in credit with Octopus, Sally you mention you had difficulty getting your money back, can I ask what happened ? As I am about to go through the same probably.

EDIT : I just saw you replied on my other post :)

Re amount to be taken vs billed amount - my 1st Fuse bill shows £28.44 but the DD email says that they will be taking £28.43 - has to be rounded up in one case and rounded down in the other !!
