Please could somebody help me with the following, I did do a internet search but none the wiser. Joined Fuse on 20th Aug. received final gas bill from Octopus but no Electric, submitted meter readings to Fuse yesterday, e'mail today saying payment being taken 5th Sept. I have tried to find a detailed bill on Fuse, but only found the meter reading for electric 31st Aug. no starting reading and they have only charged for 2 days? Totally confused.

@Foxy16       Likewise received notification of Fuse taking Direct Debit but no Bill.

Isn’t it a requirement to provide a bill or statement?

Contacted Fuse via Chat apparently to view a bill you follow 2 steps
        1. Go to “Balance” and click on it.
        2. Click on “Export Statement”

    Hope that helps

Billing seems straight forward to me. Advised via notification from app that bill will be taken 5th September. Amount mentioned in notification . To view bill (and export it for your records) see @tlcgrantham advice above. No need to transfer money into fuse account unless you so wish. I'll just let it get taken out of my account by direct debit

Thank you for your helpful post, without it i was completely lost (it doesn't take much)!  I completely understand the electricity as the quoted  figures are exactly the same I as provided.  The gas figures just blow.my mind and are nothing like I submitted.  I joined on a 15m contract (ends October 2026).  The fixed charges are not the same as when I joined, very slightly cheaper in fact but so be it.  The opening figure is 17179.814m3  and I submitted 6067.  Obviously some calculation is required and any pointers would be much appreciated.  Thanks again.

Those 2 reads do not compute.  The only thing you should be submitting is the M3 figure so where did you get that 6067 from ?

Also, what was the closing reading on your account with your previous supplier?
Does the gas meter serial number on your Fuse bill match the one on your meter? And on the bills from your previous supplier?

Thanks for the helpful replies, right bill was showing in my account today, able to download it on smartphone but it is so small and hard to read. Tried to do it on my computer, but the option to see and download a bill does not show, strange. Love their maths electricity usage total £9.40 + S/C £4.95 total £14.96, odd penny added.

If your computer receives emails try forwarding it to your email address either from your phone or from the fuse app then you can read it without a magnifying glass.
