Well, we'll need something to keep us cosy tomorrow. It might be milder, according to the weather app, but it is definitely a lot windier and very damp and drizzly. Still feels very much like winter again after a lovely sunny day on Tuesday. Might do some baking and make a crumble for tomorrow night, that is very much comfort food and I have some pears need using up and some berries in the freezer.

It is meant to rain about 6 this evening. It seems quite nice and bright at the moment. Cloudy, but at least not dreary. My bunch of daffodils are cheering up my house too.

We watched the new episodes of Reacher last night on Prime. He does take his clothes off a lot this season! :D

I'm about to have a bath with magnesium salts and lavender bubble bath. I need to do some exercise today so I was going to use my trampoline for a while. My husband is going to Aldi later to buy fresh fruit, popcorn and wine for us tonight. :)

Magnesium is great for in the bath. I often just fill a bowl and soak my feet while watching TV and eating chocolate....there's magnesium in dark chocolate as well.

I felt a bit under the weather yesterday, I'm not sure what ailed me but my mum and my Nan used to say "I feel a bit anyhow" when they had an off colour day.  So I would say that yesterday I was a bit anyhow and decided that soup was what was needed which means a re-set for today's tea to an easy but cosy choice of sausage sandwiches.  Plain and simple, no gourmet titivating or gastropub up selling.  We are going to walk to the butchers now to buy some of his fabulous sausages.

sausage sandwich with a big mug of tea - bliss.  Some knitting and/or crochet and a few chapters of my audiobook - Guilty by Definition by Susie Dent which I'm really enjoying,  I think fluffy socks will be needed later too.

I'm intending to bake a cake later, so I will enjoy a slice this evening with a cuppa. I'm planning to spend sometime reading and then watch something with OH, hopefully Reacher as recommended by @Wednesday2000 😉

It is cold, wet and windy here.  Time to put the log burner on, and think about what to eat tonight.  I do have a large quantity of very nice cheese if I really can't be bothered to cook but I think it is more hot comfort food needed as the temperature drops.

Fluffy socks a-go here, little lamps and fairy lights on, got the red wine lined up, and I seem to have won a free takeaway pizza so that'll be a nice Fredagsmys treat
