Tonight we are babysitting the DGKs, so might be a later night, in which case I may have a leisurely morning with extra coffee and a bit of a read. Got so many books I am trying to get through. I did plan to clean out the glass cabinet tomorrow, so I may put a film on in the lounge while I do that and then have some puzzle time while eating lunch. Then tomorrow is going to be chips for dinner at night and some TV when DH gets home.Making the debt go down and savings go up

@beanielou - gorgeous, lovely, beautiful cats!
@Cairnpapple - what a great way to combine Christmas with Burns Night. Haggis toastie sounds intriguing.
@RandomOne - lovely to meet you, and you are very welcome to join in. Books, blankets and pets sounds like a great cosy Friday. How about a cup of tea in a favourite cup or a hot chocolate? Some biscuits or cake? Last week we had soup and cheese on toast which reminded me what a nice supper that is. Have you got a snuggly jumper or cardy and warm socks?2 -
Bright and sunny here today but very cold.
we've decided to have a Friday fakeaway curry tomorrow. OH makes a very hot curry so it might be a few notches above cosy! We've got bits and bobs of frozen leftovers that we can use as a buffet style meal and I'm going to try and make a dhal and OH will make onion bhajis.We might put some music on and have a game of cards.
pink fluffy socks for me again tomorrow.3 -
@Makingabobor2 - what film will you watch?1

Sweet cats. 🐈
We are watching The Good Wife in the evenings now as we hadn't watched it before. I decluttered my wardrobe this week and my husband just took the bags to our local hospice shop. I might see if I can wear something tomorrow that I haven't even worn as I did notice I had a few items left that I haven't worn out of the house yet. I might make a HM curry or pimp up an Aldi pizza for dinner tomorrow.2 -
That's what I plan to do this Friday. Get under my electric throw with a book and a hot drink. Strangely my book of choice is not a novel but Flyladys 'Sink Reflections.' I enjoy reading non fiction and I fancy re-reading this book.
DH will be working so its a different type of one for me this week.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250
