We went for a meal, but I felt too tired to go to the light display so we came home and bought some wine and I got into my pyjamas and we watched a few episodes of The Night Agent on Netflix.  B)

It is a gorgeous day here today, it feels like Spring is on the way!

We are enjoying The Night Agent, we are trying hard not to watch it too quickly.

Well, we spent last night watching Monty Don, Lucy Worsley and the Last Leg.  And then, right at the end, Sarah Milligan.  I like her anyway, but she was on top form last night, and had me crying with laughter.   A satisfying end to Friday!
Yes, Sarah is hilarious. Also love Last Leg. Good choices there if you want a goof laugh. They say we should all watch things that make us laugh.

A burst of comedy is definitely good for lifting our spirits especially this time of year.

Hello MSE'rs - we've nearly reached the end of the longest, darkest, coldest month of the year but we've had fun on our cosy Fridays and we've got one more Fredagsyms to celebrate.

our aim is to embrace the winter tomorrow by enjoying warming food, snuggly blankets and clothes, hot drinks, films or tv shows, candles - the choice is yours and we've had some great, innovative ideas.  No need to spend any money because we can find what we need from existing resources.
Oh and pets are very welcome!

And it's also a great time to enjoy an item of clothing or jewellery that we don't use very often which will make us feel good and bring back happy memories.

hope some of you will join us.

I had defrosted a haggis to have tomorrow but had it for lunch today. It was very delicious and cosy! Used up some frozen sweet potato and some frozen pre- prepared sprouts from Christmas to go with. At least there is a bit left for haggis toasties tomorrow!

Hi, i hope it's OK if i join in?

Fridays are a bit of a blah day of the week for me, so I'd love to find a way in February to look forward to them. I do finish work early on a Friday, at 3pm, so that is a big plus of Fridays. I have images of me cuddling up to my dogs and cats, reading a book under a lovely blanket.
