I must confess, I've not done any crafting for a few weeks but I've not spent a penny on materials for the things I have made and am determined not to even look at crafty items,not  even free items. Having decluttered and organised the craft room perfectly last year, all the stash I have left are items I know I will use, not might use!

 That must have used a fair amount of yarn to leave a large gap?... but maybe not!!

Great to see the makes, the star blanket was particularly beautiful.

I'm failing miserably at not buying more stash, I went to 2 destash sales at the weekend and picked up some (very cheap!) bits that I had to have 

However I am managing to keep up with making the cards I need to instead of buying them. I have also made a little stack for the charity I give my extra cards to.

@CraftyRach your little cardi is gorgeous.

 No pictures but I spent the weekend at DSs and my crafting consisted of sewing 15 badges onto brownie and guide uniforms. It kept me busy when the girls were in bed. Counting as 1 mended.😊

@Soontobeoap I can't keep up with sewing all the badges on from Beavers! It's lovely to see they're all working hard, but they're a pain to sew on, especially when you've just done some and then another couple arrive to be sewn on 😂

@CraftyRach that cardigan is beautiful, exactly the sort of thing I'd have put my son in.

I have no completed makes to report, but I am working on some little cross stitch tags. I will be putting them on cards, I think. I might keep a couple as tags, but not all- they are Peter Rabbit Christmas tags, but one design isn't at all Christmassy, so will keep those as new baby tags.

My mojo for crafting seems to have returned. A girl at our club asked me if craft group had any wedding cards for sale. I looked some out for her to choose but as wedding season is approaching I decided to crack on and make some more. When my sister passed away last year I was kindly given a lot of her card making stuff including a die cutting machine And a draw full of her ready cut bits and pieces. So I had a fun afternoon looking through all of her crafting stuff and made up 3 cards. I got glue residue on the Mr and Mrs one and had to diamond paint over it. A happy mistake I think! 🤣. Tidying up now but hope to get onto some more next week.

I meant to ask before @emsi_b How do you get your embroidery to show through a card with cut outs? Are you really good with a craft knife? It is a beautiful Christmas card

 Hi all. Me again
 26 cards made today. Now I have started I can't stop.🤣 I did need to go and buy some double sided tape so £2.00 spent. I have a huge stash of cut outs from my sister and people are now giving me their old Christmas cards to make cards for the community club to sell. Mostly just old cards recycled but some were completely hand made and I did a bit of diamond painting on others. Also a bit of decoupage. Been busy on this all weekend so will have to do some housework next week! 🤦. Off to tidy up now. Will price them up tomorrow.
