    Yes i have a job to get here Friday's at the minute so busy doing orders.

    Well, well i had a massive gain for me 2.5 lbs 😱😱 Didin't deserve that, i deserved about 1lb!

    Afternoon all, good to see you back @maman!  Glad you had a good time, even if it did involve lots of syns!

    That was a big gain for you @bubbs but at least you're still within target range and probably around your actual target now.

    Ended up with a chicken kebab from The German Doner Company - not the same as the usual chicken kebab though - it was slices of chicken breast rather than the usual cubes.  Was OK but definitely prefer a "normal" chicken kebab.  Didn't eat the bread - it came in a huge triangle of very thick seeded bread - reckon it was probably as many syns as 4 slices of bread would have been!

    It was very filling so just going to have the soup for dinner tonight, as well as our usual fruit and yoghurt.  The mince can stay in the freezer for another time!

    Thanks both, didn't find what i was looking for on there but now got the pics courtesy of a friend, was the wreath i made last year, thought i posted it on here couldn't have done!
    But i did discover 19th Nov last year we had snow, ours turned to rain and the worst floods in years!, Beanie and Jelly had loads  of snow and jelly abandoned going group as 3 cars had got stuck outside her house.

    That's the round up of this time last year and oh it was baltic!

    Sorry I’ve been being nurse Coxy for DH. Had a trip to A&E this morning - he now has medication but is being a very grumpy patient ☹️

    Food has been a bit meh!
