As long as you enjoyed the extra syns then it's OK.  You're getting back on plan so you may surprise yourself and get a maintain or just a very small gain.  Just try and keep the syns lower than usual.

Sounds like you had a great time with your friend without your DHs but I'm sure they're enjoying themselves as well - and enjoying a bit of winter sunshine!

    Afternoon all 😀

I am raging 😡😡 as you know was Icon yesterday, I put a congratulations post up to congratulate the 2 winners in group. Bit later on (s( well about 3hrs)nconsultant put a post on, then  i couldn't find mine and then got a pop up for group rules?, asked a friend if she could find it , she said no, was talking to another friend this morning, she couldn't find it too so i sent  a message to consultant and asked her if i had offended her as my post had been removed, she replied I wanted to put a congrats post up with the photos for both sessions at the same time like I did with the other groups, just avoiding spoilers, that’s all my lovely.
I replied Oh sorry didn't realise it was a spoiler,  just wanted to congratulate them.
Is that why I got the rules then?

She has not even looked at  that message!

Ok for me to be social team then?

Denise i will probably have a cake.

Coxy glad you had a good weekend

That's an appalling way for the consultant to behave @bubbs. I don't do Facebook myself but, from what you said, she's had your post removed, as if it broke the rules, just so she can do her own post. So it's just because you stole her thunder as she was slow off the mark. She must be so thick skinned (or even just thick 😁) if she can't see that what she's done is wrong. ☹️

Like you @joedenise, I'd love to be hovering at the bottom of target range like @bubbs instead of at the top. I never seem to have a long enough stretch on plan without eating out. At least we're keeping our weight under control which is what really matters.

Glad you had a good time with your friends @Coxy11. Those syns are gone now and you enjoyed them so just draw the line and move on. 😊

I checked and I don't have to go to WI until the end of the month so I'm not too worried about potential gains this week. I'll worry about it when I get back. 😁

It's been a lovely day here, sunny and dry. I changed the bedding and cleared the laundry basket. 👍 I even did some ironing. 😇. I don't know about yours but my DH, while he has loads of clothes, has his favourites that he wears all the time so I did a couple of his shirts that I'm sure he'll want to take away.

I forgot I had some LO corned beef hash in the fridge from Friday so finished that off for lunch, syns counted already, although the Aldi slices are very lean.

    Today's plan -
B- fry up (HEB, P, S), HEA milk for drinks
L- LO corned beef hash, egg and pickles (P, S, F)
S chicken casserole with veg on the side (P, S, F)
    Syns - cornflour 1, weekend wine 😋

I always count it as made up @bubbs so as I use a pack between 2 of us 3.5 syns each (pack is supposed to be enough for 4 portions but we both like a bit more cheese sauce than that!  I assume that's the Schwartz cheese sauce as the Colmans one is 8 syns!  I also add a bit of mustard powder as it helps bring out the cheese taste.

Your consultant has got a cheek removing your post.  I've never seen any rules that you can't post congratulations before the consultant!
