Today was a NSD for me, so I'm now at 6.

I'm very proud of myself for managing to avoid the barista coffee temptation at work 👌 normally I'd have one every day that I'm in, so would've cost me £10.40 over the last week. Plus I quite often pay to park at the closer carparks on Tuesdays and Fridays, so that's another £5 saved so far 🙌 it's no wonder I ran up such debt last year!
