I was going to look for garden furniture today but ended up going to a chemist to buy meds instead. Essentials so an NSD.
KKAs at 15.10.25:
- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
- OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Loads of NSDs this month! I added them up and between everyone we did 566 NSDs, or about a year and a half of NSDs, just in Jan! That's a lot of money saved I think xx See everyone on the February thread!

Late to finish the month…Thursday ( 30th) was a NSD making 10/10 for January.paydbx2025 #26 £890/£5000 . Mortgage start £148k June 23 - now £138k.
