@Dizzycap very sorry to hear you're still ill, hope it passes soon xxx
@Cassingtonbear (and everyone), basic groceries, fuel, public transport and medications among other necessities don't count so if all you bought on those days were a few bits of fruit and veg, you can count them as NSDs, hope that helps xx

Number 7 for me today. I got out of buying a hot drink when it was bought for me - at £3.25 I was happy to avoid the daylight robbery x0

7/19 please for me, I have been at work today, and no chance to spend. Thanks @cathybird I hope you have had a good day? Feel free to ignore, you seem to have a lot of people signed up, I hope you find managing the thread okay?2

I was hoping it would be a NSD but it wasn’t as I broke the filter of the dehumidifier when I cleaned it before Christmas, and it was sold out and just got the notification it’s back in stock, so purchased two for good measure (I have 2 of the same in two different rooms) as they are on all the time and these filters are so delicate. Si no NSD. However, I held off taking advantage of the missed NSD to purchase other unnecessary things which have caught my eye, so it’s still a win for me 😁Debt free journey started 30/08/2023:

Successful NSD for me today, so that’s now 3/10. Had a rough day at work and was very tempted to buy myself a slice of cake to cheer me up. Very pleased with myself for avoiding that temptation!Challenges:
