  • I am publicly committing to another NSD tomorrow.

This thread is brilliant - thanks so much! Taking part in this challenge is helping me realise how often I am tempted to spend - on the back of a marketing email; special offer or ‘bargain’. Or moments of browsing the Internet and thinking I really need something I’ve seen 🙄

Can I up my target to 20 NSDs, please, cathybird? Including tomorrow that will take me to 6/20 NSDs.

Today was a NSD, despite being an office day. I brought breakfast, lunch and water. Then I went to the company internal shop and didn’t buy anything, then when I was at the station waiting for my train, I didn’t even go into my favourite grocery shop to see what was discounted because it was expiring today. I always end up to buy something on my office days, so I’m very pleased I stuck to my decision today!
