Back again 😁
vulpix, snow on your birthday ❄️ hopefully not enough to make a snowman or cause problems on the roads 🤞”Crumpet” what a great name for a daxie & I see what you did there 😉 Excellent work by “the boys” sorting out the storage shed & decluttering so much 👏 worthy of a medal 🏅 🏅 for each of them 😊 The curry sounds delicious 🤤 & how wonderful to be welcomed like an old friend 🥹
Lovely cheerleading as usual Liverpool_Anne 😊 I did have to smile at This “My local tip man said they take anything except paint and nuclear weapons 😂. …… and if I ever dig up a missile heaven knows what I would do 😂. Sorry to hear that you had trouble getting to sleep Wednesday night 😔 especially as you had been so busy in the afternoon 🤔 I am still in shock 😳 at reading This “…….Put everything away as soon as I got home, the kitchen is still looking clean and tidy, can't really believe it 😂” Pleased to hear that the builder put in an appearance & that the work putting in an under stairs toilet can be done & is not as difficult as you thought 🥳 July might seem a long way off now but at the speed which the year is disappearing it will probably mean that it will seem like next month when the work starts 😥
Lovely cheerleading Dizzycap 😊 Hope you managed to complete Thursday’s planned tasks 🤞& I am especially pleased that you factored in a decent rest period/daxie cuddling session 🥹
Lovely to see you Muddy_Walker 👋 You must be so relieved that after having “blood tests galore” the results are finally arriving & discussions are taking place on how to proceed 🥹 Good luck with the bramble decluttering 🍀 Gorgeous picture of your dogs 😍 I see that mum is more laid back than her son 😂
Excellent work decluttering ‘neutral items’ Happy_Kitties 👏 As you are about “smash thru the 300 barrier of neutral items”, this leads me to thinking you have already gone past 250 items so a Gold Star ⭐️ is on its way 😊
CRANKY40, I am loving the doggy pictures & conversations 😊 Thank you for sharing This “Isn't it just, they are so lovely Muddy_Walker. I was trying to think of my favourite dog but I can't choose. I love spaniels and labradors and daxies and we did have a blue merle collie who was a character. I had 4 goes at getting a new bank card once before I managed to get to the front door first and get one that hadn't been read and approved by the dog. Teeth marks in the magnetic strip aren't good apparently. Growing up my gran had a beagle cross that was the cuddliest dog and he looked after all of us children. He also got on the bus with us if we were going shopping so grandad was told not to let him out for a good 15 minutes after we left. Grandad did as he was told so the dog jumped the back gate, ran down the road and got on the bus the stop after us.” I had to look up ‘merle collies’ - they are stunning 🤩 Excellent work decluttering & sorting out your your summer & winter wardrobes 👏 Very impressive so one Gold Star ⭐️ on its way 🙂

The sun is still shining at 17:12 😊
vulpix reading This “Mr V has just announced that he is taking a 2 track something to the community project today after he has taken me to yoga. (Nuisance that I can't drive myself. It's a 20 mile round trip.) I am so pleased that he has seen the light. He is shocked that everything fits neatly in the shed and you can walk in to get at stuff. His method of opening the door, chucking stuff on top of stuff wasn't really working. Every single thing rehomed is a thing we don't have to curate and even better we don't have to pack it and move it to another house.” I was so happy for you 🥹 It might have taken a while but it sounds like MrV is now fully integrated into the Declutterati Family 🥳 Hope you enjoyed Thursday night’s doggy bag curry 😋
_Dolly_Rocker_oh my word your Merle collies are beautiful 🤩 Bailey looks very laid back & I see what you mean about Luna (-tic) looks very mischievous 😏
Jellybaby, a prolonged drumroll for going from deciding to tackle late DH’s paperwork to completion of the task so quickly 👏🤩 A Gold Star ⭐️ is on its way as I type 😊 Hope you enjoyed lunch with your friend on Thursday 🙂
Gorgeous picture Muddy_Walker 🤩 His eye is so bright that I can see your reflection 😊
Thank you all for sharing your dog pictures they definitely brighten my day/s 🥹 I am not missing Crufts so much now 😉
Another page caught up 😊 I will take a little breather now as I need to recharge my iPad. However I will put a timer on & definitely be back later 👋

Mrs SD - I think my oomph has gone on vacation with yours.
I told Mr F to get up and dressed as a taxi was booked for the hospital - after nearly an hour later - he was still sitting on the toilet.
The hospital dept was running late but he had his procedure - they found a small hiatus hernia - he has no symptoms. They took a biopsy to try and see why he isn't absorbing iron.
I put Mr F in a wheelchair at the hospital as he was so unsteady. I struggled to get him up and down the drive to the taxi
Mr F had not had food or drink since 10 last night so as soon as we got home - I gave him food and made a cup of tea. The tea sat there and got cold as he went in the toilet for an hour and three quarters.
I gave Mr F his dinner and he stood up - I said - where are you going - usual answer - the toilet - I told him - no - I have just mopped the floor.
.I got the nail clippers and said to Mr F - why don't you cut your nails - they needed to be trimmed. He couldn't manage to use the nail clippers so I cut his nails.
I sat and did 3 sewing repairs that Dd brought down from Cheshire yesterday.
Middle Dd and Dgd called here - could I shorten a skirt and repair a zip - I hate doing zips but it is my Dgd!
I sat and shortened the skirt straight away - Dd got it on Vin.. . and said - it was too long but I told her that her legs are too short.
I did get 2 packs of biscuits for doing the repairs.
As I type - Mr F is in the cloakroom - has been for nearly 2 hours.
I feel as if I live in a mad house!

@ Brie - Super decluttering and sorting there. The one thing that's always fascinated me about decluttering outdoor space is you can go on for hours and yet it always looks as though little has been done until you see the piles of stuff waiting to go off to the tip or the garden bin suddenly becomes full
At the moment, I've got a new pile of tip stuff loaded down the side of the shed. A shed that I have decluttered 4 times over the past 12 months with tons of stuff being recycled or given away to neighbours - And yet, the decluttering still continues - unbelievable
@ Yoshimi2025 - We've all been there and done that or will do at some point. It's so very difficult to let a bargain go when you see it and especially with arty items because they're so expensive now. Anything you could use to make up or add to from what you have to make up a nice Christmas bundle to give away as a part of FREE Christmas 2025 or as part of a birthday gift?@ Muddy_Walker - It's absolutely freezing here, so very little outdoor activites today, mainly clean the bird baths out, fill up the feeders, and take babyface for 3 walks. On the subject of walks, I had a look at the prices of the new outdoor launderette. £5.50 for a 9kg wash with everything included and £11 for a 20kg wash with trimmings, which I thought was very reasonable. 9kg washer in use as I looked. Card payment with a payment terminal that talks to you, which made me jump but fascinated babyface so we had some great fun with that, don't ask, before heading home!I've finally completed my small sewing task and sorted through some more items to pic and list at some point. About to prepare food and feed the foxes as they've been very hungry the past 2 nights. I've started loading food in the boat yard so that when the cubs arrive, they will be safe and able to eat and play safely. I'm also putting out 6-8 fesh donated eggs each night to deter anything from going near the swans nest. One fox has taken to bringing its food and eating it in the porch late night which babyface lovesThe swans are in full swing with 9 eggs in total now laid and one is a super egg, 3 x the size, so a king male swan is hopefully arriving this year
Exciting times with my CCTV camera in full 24/7 scanning and recording action along with an accessible garden fork, if needed -so far, so good

Great work completing Thursday morning’s decluttering list Dizzycap 👏 Loved This “NO morning Coffee, No Wake up & NO night coffee, NOooooooooSleep! 😂😂🤣🤣 Seriously, my cousin is exactly the same 😂🤣 - Weird and wonderful family this!” There is always an exception that proves the rule 😅
florianatwobob, thank you for sharing your dog stories 👏 especially re the spaniel X GS 😊
Excellent decluttering Rootle 👏
_Dolly_Rocker_, obviously ‘funny potentially dangerous’ rather than ‘funny ha-ha’ 😥 Pleased to hear that you didn’t cause yourself too much injury 😮💨
Brie, lovely dog 😍 I can see why you described him as “a bit like babyface but on stilts.” 😊
Dizzycap, of course you would need a far bigger house 🤣 & babyface might object 😉 Very pleased to hear that you followed your plan & had a nice rest 😊
Florenceem a busy Thursday 👏 Hope the bus driver is OK 🙏 I also hope that MrF gets seen by the doctor soon as it sounds like he is getting worse again 😢 You are both in my thoughts 🥹
Another page caught up & now cooking dinner - cottage pie with broccoli on the side. Hopefully I will manage one more session of cheerleading this evening 🤞I have had to put the heating on as my DSis is shivering 🙁

Another couple of books off the TBR pile and in the box for Ziffit. That’s not left the building yet as we’ve not yet reached their selling threshold but, we persevere. The TBR pile briefly decreased but then I found two new books! At least it’s a neutral portion rather than an increase! No major recurring taking place beyond the general household but we did get the soft plastics off to recycling! From Aug we’re going g to be able to put it in our general recycling…and we’re getting another bin. That will be 4 plus the kerbside food caddy we need to find space for!In other news DSis had the results of her CT scan and catch up with her oncologist. No signs of the dreaded C anywhere! We are relieved (although DSis is trying to get her head around it still).✒️ Declutter 2025👗 Fashion on the Ration 2025 61/66 coupons (5 coupons silver boots)✒️Declutter 2024 🏅🏅🏅(DSis 🏅🏅)

@Florenceem , big hugs from me. I can remember being in a mad house with MrRif. It wore me down, the watching over him, wondering what was going on. After the first, the worst bout , of sepsis , I was so anxious watching and waiting for it to come back . And it did , another bout of sepsis! Different place of infection , but sepsis was the same result. This is why it is so important for you to look after yourself, but that is easy to say. I found I couldn’t concentrate on reading but listening to music helped, so maybe you there is something that takes your mind off the worry. Keep on at the Doctor and tell the medics how hard it is to cope. I hope you dont mind me “talking” to you, but , like many of our declutterati chums, I’m concerned about you.xx20

Dinner was delicious 🤤 I will do a bit more cheerleading before doing the washing up.
Yoshimi2025 that is 3 things fewer cluttering up your house 👏 Must admit that vegan chocolate really didn’t sound appetising, so you must have been pleased when your granddaughter declared it “Yumski” 😊
Excellent work completing your Thursday list Dizzycap 👏 plus adding extras 🤩 Shame about This “As for the decluttering of the Tardis Mega Wardrobe, there has been a negative development which I hope will resolve itself soon. As a reminder, my daughter & I agreed to clear out, donate and declutter sell all items that were not needed or had never been used etc leaving only the clothing, bags, scarves, shoes necessities, which there remain enough and will last a lifetime. In addition, we agreed a total spending ban on any unnecessary purchases.” Hopefully the situation with the mysteriously appearing new items will not take too long to resolve 🤞 Meanwhile I think going through & listing everything that is left in the Mega Wardrobe is definitely the way to go 🧐 Hopefully the lists on the fronts of the doors will help concentrate the mind especially as you & DD continue selling/donating items & crossing them off the lists 😊 Good luck 🍀 Sending both you & DD lots of cwtches 🤗
Yippee, will be starting on Friday’s posts in my next post 🥳

@ florianatwobob - That's absolutely fantastic news about the all clear with the big C. It must be such a relief xxx That news has really made my day
Well done with the decluttering efforts. Every bit helps the chugging train
@ Florenceem - I am so feeling for you at this time. I hope and pray there there will be an end and a solution to this difficult persistant cycle with Mr.F and cross you yourself bare. Please take good care of yourself and the word NO to things people may want you to do or complete is more than appropriate at this time. Distractions are only useful if you don't feel run down or tired, otherwise they're a burdenDecluttering & ClutteringThere's 3 inpost cluttering Poppy donations arriving tomorrow, so will go and collect in the dolly trolly for a Monday 9am CS drop off - In & out they go!A DF has 3 fantastic brand new thick fleeces which she's going to send for Gorgeous Gorda and her gorgeous warm jacket will be arriving tomorrow, so I'll pop that off as soon as it arrives along with a large box of Bonios
In & out they go 2!
. I really don't mind a few things coming in providing a few things go out one way or another. I've decided to go shopping in the house tomorrow as I'd like a different picture and/or mirror in the office and a change of bed throw & maybe a picture in the bedroom. I also need to declutter and/or put back any items that have found their way out from their rightful place. It's amazing how things sneak out to somewhere new when they feel like it!
Not a lot happening with the Tardis Mega Wardrobe of Doom at the moment, other than all the extra coats have now gone with nothing said. Whilst that's a good thing, I'm still concerned and I don't want to end up checking everywhere to make sure they've not been stored somewhere else, but tbh, I know I will
I'm taking a well desrved break from listing & sending anything else as of tomorrow night once my eBy auctions are finished and decluttered off in a postie collection on Monday morning. It's a manic week with appointments next week but having said that, I know full well that I'll probably prepare and schedule listings instead, which I actually find relaxing!
So a change is as good as a rest

As I have passed quarter of the way to my target of 2025, I am awarding myself a Gold Star ⭐️ Now back to cheerleading:
Brambling re This “I opened my front door 10pm tonight (Thursday) to go to the bin and there was a deer on my path just out side the door, not sure who was most shocked. There have been signs (droppings) on the path recently so I knew it was either a deer or a giant rabbit visiting my front garden! There's a footpath beside the house with a short cut to the forest 🦌” I am sooooo jealous! Excellent decluttering of the contents of the ottoman 👏 Good luck for Sunday’s Rummage Sale 🍀 Will you be saving any monies earned or is it for charity?
Dizzycap, what a cheery photo 😁 Don’t forget to keep babyface’s artworks 😉 Hope your Friday hospital appointments went well 🙏
charlies_tribe, hopefully the full bin bags won’t be there long 🤞Excellent work going through two boxes of paperwork 👏 I will keep everything crossed that you can find any missing paperwork quickly so that you can fill in the forms & get them posted 🤞 Good luck clearing the piles from the living room floor 🍀
_Dolly_Rocker_, “This morning on the dog walk I heard the woodpecker so stood still for a minute or 2 and he flew right over my head to get to another tree! He was absolutely STUNNING!” now that is magical 🤩 Lovely cheerleading 😊
Lovely cheerleading vulpix 😊 & thank you for my ❤️ Just wondering if your potential buyer is a first timer - hence all the questions 🤔 Pleased to hear that your knitting gang is still going strong 😊 Just wondering what project your keen & proficient knitter has on the go? I am putting in a belated request for pictures of the Izzy doll sheep, grey cat & whichever other one you make - pig or rabbit 🙏
Florenceem, pleased to hear that Thursday night was uneventful 🙂 Glad that you managed to get the heating going 😮💨 Hopefully MrF’s face to face doctor or nurse appointment went well on Friday afternoon 🤞
QueenJess, sorry to hear that you have been “really struggling with health stuff” Everything crossed that Friday morning’s hospital appointment went well 🤞🙏 Great work on the ‘using up’ & well done on still finding items to declutter 👏 You are an inspiration to us all 🥹
daisy_1571, some great ideas for Florenceem 🥹
_Dolly_Rocker_ excellent decluttering 👏 All those items to your sister seem like a fair swap for a Nephew 😂 even if it was only for the night 😉 So enamoured am I that I am sending you a medal🏅 which is on its way 😊
Nice to see you GrannyKate 👋 Excellent work in the bedroom 👏 Thanks for the reminder about planting seeds - especially radishes 😉 Good luck with your plans for the kitchen 🍀
Florenceem, sorry to hear that MrF had another fall on Friday 😔 The visit to the surgery sounds like it went well & the Physician Associate sounds lovely ☺️ Hopefully the results of the blood test will be available soon & a treatment plan can be put in place 🙏 The tie backs look wonderful - so professional 😊
Dizzycap. excellent decluttering of tasks prior to heading off to your hospital appointments 👏 Hopefully there will be some action now that you have seen 4 specialists one after another 🙏Re This “My question is, Why are so many people waiting for appointments with waiting times of up to 12 months when hospital departments are empty with staff standing around chatting followed by tap, tap, tap on computers? It's identical in Dr's surgeries but will anyone answer the phone? And can you get an appointment let alone pre-book an appointment?” not sure what the answer is but it does seem diabolically disorganised ☹️ So pleased to hear that Gorgeous Gorda is enjoying her new home & life so much & is being spoilt rotten by everyone who meets her 🥹 Sounds like your DD is doing better what with the disappearing coats, booking an appointment with the doctor & self referral to the MH Team 🥹 I am keeping everything crossed that you do NOT have shingles again 🤞🙏
Yippee that was the last of the posts dated Friday 🥳 I will post this & then headed off to off to bed 😊 Sleep tight everyone 😴
