2025 DECLUTTERING CAMPAIGN MrsSD - The Joy of Decluttering

@ Liverpool_Anne - can you see where the contridction is?"sacc can trigger the release of insulin. Studies in mice have shown a rise in blood glucose" - So you substitue sugar with sacc which lowers your sugar and can trigger a diabetic 'hypo' before your sugar level raises again due to the lowered sugur level triggering the release of stored sugar in your body but your sugar becomes over raised triggeiring a diabetic 'hyper'. That produces 'uncontrolled' diabetes which can then become a very dangerous 'norm' in many diabetics leading to obvious organ damage and strain on the heart
- No thank you

I've a charity shop bag still on the go.
Recycling and food waste out.
I've a coffee table that should be going tomorrow early evening.
I've had an assortment of bits go out today for my mum's birthday as they were her presents.
I've had 2 items come in today for tai chi.
I haven't checked them, but I'm hoping they are ok.
I'm still trying to declutter, although it would be a good idea to get a small nest of tablets or a smaller coffee table that is easier to care for.

charlies_tribe - sorry to hear about the loss of your dear dog.
Sad end to the day here - had news of the passing of a Church friend - F - a sweet and gentle lady - we were born in the same year. F was tiny but so full of love for everyone. A great loss to the Church family and of course to hers.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Thank you all so much. He did really well and had a good life. He had his first stroke 2 years ago and got a bit worse with each one.x
@Florenceem im so sorry to hear about your church friend. Sending love to all.
No comments on the things I posted on the free site so nothing to add this evening. It next tub on the shelf is a huge tub of Jigsaw pieces! Now do I try to put each Jigsaw together or just throw them? They've been in there years from when one of the kids tipped them all out of the boxes and i kept meaning to sort them and still haven't about 15 years later. They definitely won't want peppa, princess, cars.... Jigsaws evenn if I did try to sort them. Think I just answered my own question 😂LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

@charlies_tribe - So sorry for your loss. Pets really pull at our hearts don't they especially when leaving us. Take care of yourself.
@Florenceem - Sorry also to hear about your church friend.
I am still hear reading along. Enjoying reading what everyone is up to. Doing some decluttering but mainly taking people to and from appointments. Working at the Public Library on the book sales. Trying to get well.
Hope everyone has a decent week. Just don't watch the news - we may be going to war with Canada. Our president is a total idiot.16
